The Servatur Terrazamar & Sunsuite resort complex, located on a sunny slope in Puerto Rico, Gran Canaria, offers three distinct properties: Terrazamar, Sunsuites, and Royal. Just a short walk from the beach and the bustling tourist center with its shops and entertainment, the resort is conveniently situated across from the area's newest shopping centers. The recently renovated apartments feature spacious, well-equipped rooms with all the comforts of home, including fully equipped kitchens, living areas, and stunning terraces. Guests can enjoy access to all resort facilities, regardless of their chosen accommodation type. Superior Apartment With Jacuzzi Terrazamar guests receive complimentary bathrobes and slippers, pool towels, snacks, sparkling wine, and extra pillows. The complex boasts heated outdoor pools, a restaurant serving a breakfast buffet, and a pool bar offering refreshing drinks and snacks. Active guests can take advantage of the tennis court, while families with children will appreciate the playground and miniclub. Public transport is available 300 meters away, and parking is also provided. Please note: The Royal pool is closed during the winter season, and the miniclub is temporarily closed. From June 24th onward, continental breakfast is served at the pool bar starting at 9:00 am. A tourist tax of €0. 15 per person, per night will be applied by the property starting November 3, 2025.

Lovely Hotel
Brilliant hotel, staff extremely pleasant and attentive, rooms very clean and comfortable, pool area very good, breakfast great, couldn’t fault any of it, would definitely return, A+++++

Disappointed 😞
Myself and my husband have been coming here for over 20 years. We came this time for 2 weeks. We are On the last 2 days of our holiday. We have been so disappointed. We asked for a room near a lift which I understand they can't always accommodate. I was having a problem with my leg . We were put on the 10th floor. Had to get a lift to the 6th floor then a walk to the next lift. Most of the lifts haven't been working for 2 weeks. Housekeeping do not clean as many times as they used to. Days off used to be Wednesday and Sunday. We have had to empty our bins a few times. These apartments need upgrading in a big way 😮💨.
Ten day holiday
Great holiday here once again. Big balconies with loungers no need to have sunbed wars. But looked to be plenty to go round at pool anyway. Straight across from Mogan mall not high up so no steps to climb Lovely girl on reception. Maria. So cheerful Happy to help. See u in December

We return mist years
Always use these appartments. Still had a very good holiday. Staff and cleanliness very good. Massive balcony sun all day. The appartments are in need of a bit of tlc. They are quite big with all day sun which is fabulous There seems to be trouble with the lifts usually one not working so if your on a high floor can be a problem. All in all its probably one of the best locations in porto rico
Value for money
My first experience of Puerto Rico GC and what a superb location the Terrazamar is in. Very close to shopping center, bars and Mogan Mall. If you are into walking Amadores Beach is probs about 30-40 mins walk.
Apartment was clean and good maid service either every/other day. The terraces pretty much get all day sun so you can relax within the apartment garden without much noise.
Deducted one star as only 1 lift was working the whole week and we had to carry our heavy luggage downstairs when it was very busy in the morning (and was waiting over 10 minutes for a lift).
