Honestly the only positive thing about this hotel is the location & the views you get. Unfortunately my stay here was not great. We had multiple issues with our room, bathroom ceiling was leaking, didn’t have hot water in the kitchen then we didn’t have cold water in the shower. There is a serious problem with ants inside the apartments & flies in the bathroom. We raised concerns to the hotel about the bathroom ceiling leaking which we were advised we would have to move room ( Also the shower was hanging off the wall) We got placed at the very bottom of the hotel & I explained to staff how this did not suit us due to personal issues & other reasons. Staff brushed this off and kept repeating this is your new room, no other rooms available. This was then another red flag if any other guests experienced what we did and they had to move room where would they place them if there was no other rooms? Anyway the Sun loungers are a joke & the pool is always busy meaning if you want to have the chance at getting a Sun lounger or a swim you either have to up at 7am and Que or pay €25 to utilities the adult pool which is beyond crazy. Charging staying customers so they can have the chance to enjoy a swimming pool and Sun lounger is just wow. To top this all off we were offered no compensation in regards to the issues we faced at the hotel, not even a drink at the bar unfortunately the staff shrugged there shoulders & genuinly gave a don’t care attitude. Overall would not recommend & will not be back

Firstly we arrived at night around 10:30 and we got shown our room by the receptionist highlighting our way to the room, we struggled to find the room, the rooms were all over place and resulted in carrying cases up and down flights of stairs which we didn’t need to. Since we arrived late at night the buffet was closed but we got handed hard sandwiches which was left from the snack bar though the day. The first morning I went out to the balcony and got locked out the room, the receptionist only gave us one door key and my partner was still in bed. When I eventually got in I went for a shower which was freezing and the shower tap was coming out the wall we complained to reception and they sent maintenance and we were told to push the tap back in the wall to get hot water also the shower drain was blocked and running onto the bathroom floor which is a slip hazard.
On our 3rd day we got our beds changed and new towels which were the only clean towels and bedding we got for the full 10 days we stayed, the balcony we not cleaned the duration out our holiday and still had remains of previous holiday makers and was covered with hair. We only got sunbeds round the pool 3 days due to everyone rushing at 7:30 in the morning. Entertainment was very poor and if your not at the front at the stage you won’t see anything location of the entertainment is terrible. We complained to reception with our issues and he wrote them all down and said the manager would be in touch which we never heard anything, when we checked out we were asked about our stay and said we have already highlighted our issues and the receptionist said they have no record of it. We felt very unsafe in the hotel due to people hanging around at the entrance which we were told by one of the staff not the leave the hotel and there was constant security walking round the hotel.
