Amazing holiday
Wow this hotel is amazing the views are out of this world,food is really nice and staff are great and friendly plus work really hard especially the activity staff.if there’s any little niggles the entertainment at night could of been better,3 nights on the run the activity team did shows which they did well but there’s only so much pretending to sing you can watch and could maybe a little more on the drinks side on the all inclusive you could have other than that it was brilliant,even though I’m in my late 50’s still went on the water slides😁.we will definitely be back again and probably pay extra for the private pool.

Fantastic, Fun & Family-Friendly Resort ❤️
I booked this hotel at the very last minute, having never visited Gran Canaria before. I enjoy staying in lovely hotels and appreciate a certain standard of service, so I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. However, for a fun, family-friendly holiday in the sunshine, this hotel has certainly delivered!
Today is our final day, and all three of my children have had the most wonderful time. The football area has been a fantastic hangout for my nine-year-old son, while the immaculate kids’ club has provided a fun, safe space for my six-year-old daughter and four-year-old son to enjoy an hour or two out of the sun.
The resort feels incredibly safe and secure, and the staff, particularly the animation team, have been absolutely fantastic.
A special mention to Danela and Sirya, who took such wonderful care of the younger children and made all their activities so much fun.
All three of my children absolutely adored Zuri! She made such a wonderful effort with them and clearly works incredibly hard. I also thoroughly enjoyed joining her dance and exercise classes by the pool. 😊 I think we all have a soft spot for her and hope we get to see her in the future!
I must mention the boys on the animation team, too! A special thank you to Alberto and Enzo, who were always making a fuss of our nine-year-old and helping to make his holiday so memorable. The whole team brings such wonderful energy to the resort, and their hard work really deserves recognition.
🍽️ Food & Dining
The food has been wonderful! We particularly enjoyed the sushi evenings, and there was a fantastic selection of seafood, meats and vegetarian options throughout our stay. There really was something for everyone.
Although we were Gold all-inclusive, we also ventured out for a few meals at Mogán Mall. The Italian and Asian restaurants were excellent, and the Indian restaurant was one of the best I have ever eaten at! There are also some lovely shops there, including Mango, BOSS and Tommy Hilfiger. The Ale-Hop store was a huge hit with my daughter!
🏨 Rooms & Facilities
The rooms are lovely and clean, and the housekeeping team do a brilliant job.
If we visit again, I would plan ahead and request a room with a better sea-facing outlook, as the views are spectacular!
One thing worth mentioning is that the main pool area can be slippery, as poolside areas often can be. I had read this in advance of our trip, so I ordered some inexpensive pool shoes from Amazon. They did the trick perfectly, and despite all the running around, none of us has slipped.
My husband and I both enjoyed massages at the spa, which were excellent. My mum also had a haircut and blow-dry at the salon and was delighted with the lovely lady who looked after her. Our six-year-old daughter is now sporting some adorable braids, also done at the salon!
The gelato bar by reception serves the most delicious ice cream and wonderful coffee, while the supermarket attached to the hotel stocks pretty much everything you could possibly need. Both are such handy additions to the resort.
I also want to give a special mention to the staff who work so hard clearing tables in the dining room and keeping the pool, bar and communal areas clean and tidy. They are always lovely, and their hard work should absolutely not go unnoticed.
☀️ Exploring Gran Canaria
We loved exploring the local area, particularly Anfi Beach and the beautiful harbour at Puerto de Mogán, both just a short taxi ride away.
It was lovely to have the option of enjoying the resort while also being able to venture out and discover more of Gran Canaria.
❤️ Our Overall Experience
We met some lovely friends during our stay who we will certainly stay in touch with, and there was such a wonderful atmosphere throughout the resort. It felt relaxed, friendly and family-oriented, with no trouble during our visit.
For us, this hotel has been a fantastic choice for a family holiday. It has kept all three children entertained, offered plenty for the adults to enjoy, and provided a lovely balance of relaxation, activities and opportunities to explore.
I will genuinely be sad to leave this evening, but we will most certainly be back for more winter sunshine!

Phenomenal
Absolutely amazing experience pools were great food was sublime with accomodation for gluten free. Drinks were great and hotel room was spotless
Not guest friendly 🙁 (too many hidden costs)
There are lots of lovely things about this hotel:- it’s clean, lovely location, modern rooms, everything you need. However, this is a generous rating. It’s listed as a 4 star but delivers as a 3. We had a late check in, no food available after 21:30pm. We were given sandwiches that did not meet dietary requirements. There are so many different bands on each holiday package, it’s confusing at every port. So many hidden costs for people not on the AI* pacakge (we were AI but not AI*) Buffet restaurant meets the criteria. Day time animation work really hard and are very good and get you engaged. Night time is poor, lots of miming and dancing acts repeated (we were only here 6 nights) Everything closes at 23:00. However, by 22:15 they start clearing away, big lights go on, music goes down, cleaners turn up to prep for the next day. Overall the staff make you feel like it’s inconvenient when you ask any questions or have any issues. Bar staff are also difficult and unfriendly. They emailed us to complain about noise we made at night in our room. (We wasn’t in our room and when we approached reception to find out what we did, it was the wrong room number and information was vague) We had a leak in our room and when we reported it to reception they hung up twice! We had too find the hotel maintenance to help us. My experience and conclusion of our stay is the hotel functions for the hotel and not the guests. A few changes and tweaks could make this hotel so magical! It was frustrating in the end 🙃
Faultless
We travelled with Jet 2, aware of the ongoing refurbishment works within the complex. Delighted with the whole experience, and the ongoing building work had no effect on us or our enjoyment at all.
The pools and outdoor areas were well laid out with shaded terraces as well as loungers in the sun. The loungers could be all used by late morning, but when this happened, more were brought out. My 11 yo loved the pool, the slides and the Kids' Club activities. Life guards on duty at the main pool and slides. The gym was brand new and extremely well equipped
Food was varied - always plenty of fresh fruit and salads, as well as a massive variety of hot food choices. I loved the handmade pizzas, straight from the pizza oven. We stayed 'all inclusive' and food available pretty much all the time, as were soft drinks as well as alcohol.
Room was very comfy and spacious with a balcony with two loungers and a table and chairs. (Junior Suite). A parasol would have been welcome as the sun was intense from dawn til mid afternoon. All rooms had a sea view, I think. The room itself had excellent AC, a fridge with freezer, a safe, plenty of electricity sockets as well as USB and USBC sockets. (We didn't use our plug adaptors at all). WiFi worked well in the room and most areas of the hotel. Bed v comfy, powerful and spacious shower. Excellent blackout curtains. Plenty of shelf space in the bathroom. Sheets and towels changed once weekly but you can ask for a new set whenever you want.
The complex is built on a steep slope and it's 700 steps down to the beach. We walked down and taxi'd back. Taxis are plentiful and metered, the trip back was about 5 Euros.
All the staff we helpful and kind, and spoke excellent English back to my very poor Spanish. Would very definitely love to return again.
