This family-friendly hotel is excellently located in Playa del Inglés in the south of the holiday island of Gran Canaria, only a 5-minute walk from the beautiful sandy beach. It features an outdoor pool surrounded by subtropical gardens, a spa & wellness centre, sports facilities, restaurant and bars. Shopping centres, restaurants, bars, nightlife, the Maspalomas Golf Course and the famous dunes are within walking distance. A perfect place for couples and families.
*Dogs accepted at the hotel only on request and only in standar double room type. 1 dog maximum per room. 15 Euros cost per night, amount that has to be paid directly by guests at the hotel.

Quality hotel, an oasis of calm
A great hotel in a fantastic location. Quality hotel with Spanish inspired design different from chain hotels boring standard. Staff were amazing, friendly and more than happy to help. Lovely pool that creates an oasis of calm in a great location close to town and beach.

Best hotel ive ever stayed in over 36yrs in Spain
For me the best hotel ive stayed in anywhere in Spain in over 36yrs of going. From the calmness of getting a sun lounger anytime of the day, to the military operation that is eating. Wait to be seated by probably the best and most efficient staff ever and every meal outside. It just screams calmness. The pool is never packed nor over run with silly inflatables and the jacuzzi part worked wonders for my back. The bar staff also are exceptional, order take a seat and they bring it down. Whilst the food isnt overly child friendly it is all the same exceptional with duck lamb roast beef and chicken most nights. Unfortunately the resort itself isnt very good From a kids point of view
Week of luxury
Fantastic hotel, staff, location, even guests. Very personal service to all guests and we loved our stay. The pool is safe and comfortable temperature, and the dinners are plentiful. Food and drink is great and much nicer than regular all inclusive holidays. Waiters, linen tablecloth and napkins, glasses for drinks and fabulous staff.

Enjoying our stay
Lovely hotel Good food quality drinks including real coca cola , 7 Up etc in glass bottles served in lovely glasses … great touch Comfortable beds spacious room with balcony tea and coffee facilities. Daily cleaning with fresh towels if needed . Nightly entertainment mostly good . Pool bar area used for entertainment. Fab room to hold entertaining with great bar service and that’s throughout the hotel . Excellent trained staff too … Lots of sunbeds and umbrellas always available with mattresses that’s brought to you for your comfort. A couple of issues , one is the room although spacious and spotlessly clean it is dated with brown furniture brown walls etc a bit depressing . Pool area is not adequate for seating in the evening especially when singer is on . A suggestion to management is for sunbeds near pool bar area to be cleared away and tables and nice soft seating to put in its place on an evening as there is nowhere to sit and seats are taken up quickly. We have enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future . Thanks to the management for all the hard work the staff have put in .

Another happy visit!
This is my fourth visit and I really can't fault the hotel. Some niggles I mentioned in my last review have been addressed. I had not planned to return until after the refurbishment but I understand this has been delayed. Yes, the place is a little dated but I like the Arabic style.
I would suggest that for a first time visitor, it is made clearer as to where to get the pool towels from. You are given a very small ticket which is the size of a postage stamp to give to the pool attendant in order to be given a towel. I would have thought it would be simpler to have the pool towels in the bedroom (as some hotels do)?
There is a theme night for dinner - Mexican, German/Austrian, Italian, Balkan/Arab, Spanish and other countries I can't remember. No "British food" night!
The staff were friendly and helpful and I look forward to a return visit after the refurbishment.
