Situated in the northern side of Playa del Inglés, between the popular Avenida Tirajana and Avenida Gran Canaria. The closest sandy beach, reachable with convenient public transport links, is located approximately 2 km from the premises. There are also a number of shopping centres and entertainment sites located at around 800 m. The airport can be reached within a 20-minute ride. If guests prefer, they can have a delicious meal in the onsite restaurant or a couple of drinks in the pool bar. The outdoor pool area is perfect to sunbathe or have a refreshing swim. The rooms come with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and unforgettable stay.

Beyond Expectation
Have just spent a week at Hotel Rondo and it exceeded all my expectations. As a solo traveller I felt welcomed and looked after by all the staff. Brilliant location, great pool and sun terrace and the food was incredible. I was so impressed on my first visit to Gran Canaria I have already booked to return next September.
Beware of music
I came back to this hotel because I had been before. It's clean .it's lovely .staff are great ...but today Saturday. For the last 5 hours I feel I ve been on a council estate rave .the noise from next door is horrendous!can't sit round the pool .can hear it in the bedroom .and now I have a blinding headache. So much for a relaxing holiday. Not hl hondo fault ...but I really can't belive the noise.......
10 night stay at HL Rondo
From fantastic first impressions to the minute we checked out this was an amazing hotel. Will be returning without question.
Room was spacious and spotless. 3rd floor with a pool view.
We went half board. Brekkie was served until 11.30 and dinner 6pm to 9.30pm. Breakfast is a beautiful buffet with a dedicated chef cooking eggs and bacon to your liking. Dinner is à la carte however you have the option of going across the road to their sister hotel for evening buffet should you wish. But the 3 course à la carte was what we preferred we so stayed put.
The staff are incredibly friendly, the pool is a nice size and reservation of sun beds is forbidden which I found to be an added bonus as no one was rushing to get a bed. Pool bar serves the usual drinks and snacks including burgers and salads.
Yumbo is a ten minute walk away, there’s a shop downstairs for bits and bobs for the room and really can’t fault the place. It was really handy have a mini fridge in the room to store water and juice etc. Kettle with tea and coffee available in the room also. Made my holiday for .
Shout out to the awesome Gian who works at the restaurant who flawlessly went through the menu and daily specials every night he was on shift for everyone dining with him. Customer service was exceptional with all the staff but Gian’s passion shone through.

My favourite hotel in GC
I have stayed here at least 8 times over the last 2 years ( 2 vists in the future already booked )and its the only hotel I ever stay in now when I visit GC. The hotel its beautiful, the rooms are spacious and clean. The food and breakfast and dinner is fantastic. The free gym access to guests is an amazing thing about this hotel. The thing i love the most about this hotel is the staff especially Joe and Ruben in the restaurant they are both fantastic at their job and are always so welcoming.
I have stayed in many hotels in GC but once I tried Hotel Rondo back in March 2025 I haven't went anywhere else. Im looking forward to returning over xmas
Just needs a few tweaks …..
Came for a 4 night stay as family are staying in another hotel and I booked too late, leaving tomorrow. At first glance hotel is aesthetically stunning, however it just feels half hearted ! Pro’s Classy looking hotel Great breakfast offering Very calm Plenty of sunbeds
Cons Cleanliness - states it’s a daily clean but I’ve had to go to reception both days so far as never been done. Was then asked what I wanted doing specifically and they would send someone while I was out in the evening, emptying bins and towels been pretty basic especially in a 4 star Air con - Noisy but ineffective, room is so warm even though it’s been on full all day and night Curtains - hotel is lit up with neon blue lights at night which look beautiful, unfortunately as you can see in the pictures, the curtains aren’t wide enough to block them out however you try
On the whole, it’s a nice hotel and if it was cleaned as assured, I would probably stay again but depends what is important to individuals.
