Relaxing Holiday
The service and staff were absolutely perfect, The only downside for me was that the Mustafa Bar was only open until 1800hrs. It would have been ideal to able to sit there of an evening watching the sunset and having a drink after a very nice meal in the El Oasis.
Suoerb Well Run
This is our second time at this Hotel and just as well run as the last time all the staff are a credit to Riu food was excellent massive choice the only thing i would like to see would be more zero alcohol beers and wine to choose from as a none alcohol drinker its either amstel 00% or sweet cocktails which i dont like apart from that fantastic hotel (Marcos in the restaurant made everyone feel welcome and the captain on the door was brilliant thanks to everyone for another great stay

5* experience at the Maspalomas Dunes
My husband and I had a fabulous time at the Riu Palace hotel. From check in to check out everything was fantastic and staff so lovely.
When we arrived we were a little dissatisfied with our view, although room great and very clean. We went to reception to see what they could do and they moved us next day with no issue at all to which must be one of the best view rooms in the whole hotel (4065)
We loved the choice to dine al a carte or buffet - we especially enjoyed Oasis, the tapas bar which had fantastic views…try the paired wine, very good value at 13€.
Drinks and lunch at the hotel was very good value, only 5€ for a large white wine - the house rjoca was delicious!
Service at all restaurants and round pool was probably best I have ever had and we have travelled to many top hotels in the world.
I would say just a couple of top tips from us:
-Need more reliable WiFi around pool -the shows need to finish a bit earlier, our room was overlooking and by 1030 we needed our sleep -chromecast or Apple AirPlay would be welcome in the rooms -maybe a free shuttle bus to local areas like Playa Del Ingles or Melanores (though buses are cheap and taxis right outside though quite expensive)

Family holiday
We recently stayed at the Riu palace maspalomas for ten days. Everything about the hotel is good the location is about twenty minutes to the beach where there are some decent bars tipsy hammock being a good one . The service is in the hotel is spot on the bar , food ,reception waiters waitresses can't fault it at all . The hotel is spotless gardens are immaculate but the only downside is there is absolutely nothing going on at the pool in the daytime not even any background music which does get a little bit boring to be honest but everyone to their own but other than that a real top hotel.
Third visit and better than ever.
Excellent hotel, incredibly clean, very friendly staff. Room was ideal with sea / dunes view. Food was top notch being both varied and plentiful. Evening entertainment again was varied nightly but always very enjoyable.
