3rd here this year lovely hotel clean and friendly yes showers in room could be updated Changed entertainment team from may but a great team omar.lottie Maria and gang Great entertainment throu day for everyone and very friendly Only down ladies toilet by restaurant always broke or dirty And food is ok but have had better in this hotel Has it put me off .no Will defo be back
Brilliant Hotel with brilliant staff!
Brilliant hotel within great walking distance to the beach and irish bars on your doorstep. The animation team are brilliant with the children, especially Omar who went out of his way on numerous occasions to chat to a rather shy 6 year old and brought him out of his shell playing football and encouraging him. The animation team really do encourage guests to have a great time and love to see everyone having a fab holiday! The atmosphere was just brilliant when they did the activities! The food selection was lovely, just wish cold tuna would be offered more at lunchtime rather than once a week. The hotel in was lovely and clean. We also managed to keep our room until 5pm which made it a lot easier for us due to having a late evening flight. Honestly a holiday to remember! Thank you!
Excellent accommadtion
Just returned from here had a great week stayed here after it had a refurbishment so 2nd time great hotel clean friendly staff I didn't do all inclusive but went and had breakfast 1 morning and paid 15 euros wasnt worth the money hot food was cold

Holiday with grandaughter
Brilliant stay. Weather gorgeous apart from last day when it rained. Wide range of food. Staff all very helpful. Room was big with balcony facing onto pool although view blocked by trees. It was great that people could not get up really easily and claim the sunbeds as they were put away every night and then laid out in the morning and you had to wait till it was all done. Couple of downsides were the WiFi was horrific so used a lot of data on my phone and was not impressed with the entertainment on the 5/6 nights we went and we could here it from our room. The best of the bunch was the lady playing what I think was an electric violin, she really interacted with audience and was great with the kids. Would stay here again. Lovely hotel.

Disappointed. Avoid. Better value for money elsewhere
I recently stayed at this all-inclusive hotel. While the hotel was clean and the food was of decent quality, the meals were very repetitive and I expected more variety. My biggest concerns were the drinks package, with conflicting information about cocktails containing alcohol or not and repeated instances of receiving house brands instead of the premium options I’d expect. On a number of occasions i was given then house brand when clearly asking for the premium brand and then being told it was a mistake. I feel this happened to often and it was as if they have been told to try and use the cheaper brand in a way to save money. I also noticed parts of the hotel felt dated and could use refurbishment. And there seemed to be limited options to keep toddlers entertained, which mattered to us. The children’s park had patchy rubber flooring with exposed gravel in high traffic areas which raised concerns about safety for crawling children. I encourage the hotel to review its drinks packages, upgrade facilities, and improve play areas for young children. I came away disappointed and questioning value for money, and with those changes, the experience could have been much better.
