Newly built 4 star hotel located in the center of Playa del Inglés, opposite the well known Yumbo shopping center. Dedicated exclusively to adults, it is ideal for couples or singles who like peace, friendliness and good service without losing the chance to be close to the entertainment and leisure areas. The beach is approximately 15 minutes walk away. The hotel offers 46 modern double rooms air conditioned, soundproofed and with all the necessary details to spend an unforgettable holiday: Flat screen TV, latest model 4K UHD, free internet connection, toiletries, safe, etc. All rooms have a large terrace with direct access to the pool. The Hotel also offers a 24-hour Reception service, Restaurant with buffet breakfast and à la carte meals

Fantastic retreat
This hotel is a fantastic retreat in the heart of a fun area. I cannot fault a thing with this hotel. Location: excellent- right across the road from yumbo centre with lots of nightlife, bars and restaurants. Yet despite being so close it’s super quiet. The beach is about a fifteen minute walk downhill- getting a taxi back from the beach only cost €4 Room: spotlessly clean, large and comfortable. I was impressed with the selection of toiletries and accessories. Fab tropical shower with a private outside terrace we used a lot. His n hers sinks meant no fighting over the unity! The only struggle we had was with the tv but we didn’t really use it so it wasn’t a big deal. Beds are v comfortable and extra pillows. Pool area: super clean, lovely and quiet, perfect temperature water and never an issue getting a lounger- always plenty free. Bar/dining: breakfast has a great selection and the food is delicious. While a little repetitive every day we found it was sufficient and good quality. We ate lunch one day at the dining pool area and the food was great and extremely reasonable prices. The drinks prices are so reasonable and a good selection. Staff: each staff member was better than the next. So helpful and friendly and nothing was ever an issue.
I highly recommend this place. We will definitely come back.
2nd stay and yet again excellent
The 2nd time we have stayed here and yet again its been excellent. We were upgraded to the main complex where the room has a private rear garden as opposed to the annexe. Being less than 20 metres from the Yumbo centre you cant hear any noise .
Staff are brilliant and cant do enough to help or accommodate you.
Breakfast has a vast selection with omelettes and bacon cooked fresh to order.
Rooms are spotless and cleaned daily with pool towels provided which can also be changed daily at reception.
The bar food menu is really reasonably priced and excellent quality with the club sandwich being a favourite choice
The pool area is so relaxed with plenty of sun lounges available
Overall it's an excellent hotel which I could happily to for a third time :)

100% recommend this hotel. The other reviews don’t lie. Staff are so friendly, helpful & efficient. The whole place is spotlessly clean and the included hot/cold breakfast fresh & delicious every day. Free access to coffee machine all day. Kettle in bedroom with coffees/teas and water and toiletries also provided in the room. Sound proofing is real and location is perfect. Plenty of free car parking on the road outside the hotel we never had a problem finding a space. If we come back to Gran Canaria we will definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our special stay extra special!

Beautiful Hotel
What a wonderful week's stay at this beautiful hotel. So clean throughout the hotel. Lovely friendly staff in every department. Good choice of food for breakfast. We stayed over the road in the annexe which was every bit as nice as the main hotel, we actually preferred it, so relaxing and quiet. Always plenty of sunbeds available whatever time of day and towels for sunbeds were also provided. Lovely spacious rooms all around the pool area. Check out at 12pm, we had a late flight home, so we're given fresh towels and use of a shower room after spending last few hours in the sun. Not one thing to complain about. Will definitely stay here again.

Good little hotel
Good little hotel opposite the Yumbo center. Room was excellent and cleaned well every day. We stayed in the anex, pool was empty most of the day, but for the last few days someone was reserving the only bali bed with their towels early in the day - very frustrating and shouldn't be allowed. Sunbeds were always available. Staff were excellent throughout, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with freshly cooked eggs and bacon and a good buffet. Ate in the small restaurant early evening before traveling home and the food was good. Location was pretty good, a few minutes from the Yumbo center (do some research on this place before venturing there) and a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Probably 80 - 90% of the guests were same sex couples (men) so make sure you're comfortable with that before booking.
