This quiet complex offers expansive gardens and incredible view from city. It comprises cozy apartments and a lobby to attend every guest. The spacious apartments have a bedroom with several amenities to make a comfortable stay, as Internet access and private terrace. Pleasant stay
I have just stayed 7 nights and i can't really complain. The lack of air conditioning was really surprising, I just assumed every hotel has Aircon. Obviously not! Luckily I was on the top floor, I slept with the door open and lights off. I didn't get any bugs. Thankfully, Gran Canaria does cool down on a night. I feel sorry for those on the ground floor, they can't sleep with the doors and windows open. You do get a tower fan, but they're not the best.
The overall apartment is okay. It's very well equipped with all of your kitchen needs. The beds are comfy and it is generally very clean. However, the cover to shower drain has never been cleaned. The bottom of shower screen needs attention. And as usual some of the walls are marked. They just need that bit more attention to detail.
The pool area is pleasant and clean. It's actually very quiet. There aren't many loungers but there is always enough.
I am a very well experienced visitor to GC as I have been 10 times, the location of the hotel is perfect. 10 mins walk to yumbo, 10 mins walk to the beach.
Overall, it's an okay place to stay. But would I return, it has to be a NO as the lack of aircon was hard to live without. I love a cool down from being the sun all day. I was really worried about not having it at first, but I was okay in the end.
Outstanding great location
This is our 2nd time staying at this luxury hotel, in all out trips abroad this hotel has been our top rated hotel, and we will always book this hotel, due to the most pleasant welcome, friendly staff, who will do everything to ensure you enjoy your stay here. The reception staff are waiting to help with any issues, nothing is a problem at all, the rooms are very spacious bed room, kitchen bathroom ocean view balcony. Daily room service. Swimming pool gardens and spa room for the guests. All the grounds are incredible well preserved. A must for anyone visiting the area.

Starting with the reception staff, really welcoming and polite. The room was big, with lots of storage space and very clean.
Breakfast was good, with lots of fresh options and seats available.
The room was cozy, with good Aircon and quiet. The facilities of the hotel were great, I really enjoyed my time on the gym. Next time need to save some time for the spa experience.
Another lovely stay
Just returned from our 3rd visit to the apartments. Spacious clean apartments with a useable kitchen, microwave, toaster, kettle fridge freezer. Well located with beach bars and cafes few minute walk away, there are a lot of steps to negotiate but local taxis are only €5 back and forth. In the opposite direction is the yumbo centre with,more bars and restaurants, holds gay pride and gay fetish pride events so if your easily shocked/offended it’s probably worth checking dates if you want to avoid. Apartments don’t have a bar, a few couple of minutes walk away, apartments are generally quiet which is nice,it does have a breakfast room at additional cost. Bus stop at end of the road with a good quick service to other towns on the island. There is a nice pool with plenty of sun beds available (no sun bed wars) Reception has staff 07.00 -23.00 who are friendly and helpful. Will definitely return later in the year.

Lovely pool area but can get a bit tedious as there is no low music been played.
