Just brilliant
Writing this in the last two days of our holiday. Hotel is just beautiful, all the staff are very friendly which is sometimes rare when on holiday. Nothing is too much trouble.
The housekeepers are the most friendliest and polite ladies I’ve probably ever come across. It shows because the place is immaculate.
10/10 for everything.
If you get the chance to have a massage do so; ask for the guy though because I’ve never experienced a massage like it. You drift to another planet!

Top hotel
Really lovely hotel with great rooms. Loved the finishing touches of them room, the walk in wardrobe, tea and coffee facility with lights. The shower was amazing, best one we have had. We did have the delux room so we had a balcony with a two person sun lounger and 2 light up chairs. The bed was so comfy as were the pillows. As we are big tea drinkers, only thing I would recommend is bigger cups in the room but literally the only thing! Staff so friendly. Great hotel

A mixed stay
A mixed stay – some excellent aspects, but not the right fit for us
We stayed at Bohemia Suites & Spa as a married couple for two weeks. While there were some clear positives, the overall experience did not fully meet our expectations.
The hotel has a strong LGBT+ presence and an open, inclusive atmosphere. This will be a positive feature for many guests, but it was not the environment we were looking for personally. Had we known more about the hotel’s atmosphere beforehand, we might have chosen differently. We recommend researching the hotel carefully to ensure it matches your preferences.
The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were consistently friendly, helpful and professional. They were a real credit to the hotel and one of the highlights of our stay.
There were, however, several practical issues. The pool area was very noisy during our visit, partly because the hotel issues day passes to non-residents. This made it difficult for us to enjoy the peaceful poolside experience we had hoped for.
Our room also felt too small for a two-week stay, with limited storage and very little drawer space. We would have appreciated more room and better storage for a longer visit.
Smoking on the balconies was another problem for us. The guests in the adjoining room smoked frequently, and their coughing and loudspeaker phone calls on the balcony affected our enjoyment of our own outdoor space. We raised this with the hotel. They offered to move us to another room, but this would have involved an additional charge. We did not feel it was reasonable to pay extra to resolve an issue that had affected our stay.
Access to the promenade involves quite a number of steps, so this is worth considering if easy access to the seafront is important to you. We also found the nearby choice of higher-end restaurants limited, although this is a matter of personal preference and may not concern every guest.
Overall, the excellent breakfast and wonderful staff were definite highlights. However, the noise around the pool, the room size and storage, the balcony smoking issue, the steps to the promenade and the limited choice of nearby higher-end restaurants meant that the hotel was not the right fit for us.
There are much nicer and quieter places to stay on Gran Canaria, including Meloneras and Puerto de Mogán, which may be worth considering if you are looking for a more peaceful setting and a wider choice of attractive restaurants.
Our advice: Do your research before booking. If you are looking for a particularly quiet and spacious stay, easy access to the promenade and a wide choice of higher-end restaurants nearby, you may wish to consider these points carefully.
Despite the lovely staff, we would not rush back.

Well worth its 5 Stars!
A fabulous hotel which fully deserves its 5 stars. Conveniently located, and with great views from the upper floors and from the restaurant. The food was outstanding and as good as you’d get in a top restaurant. Our junior suite was comfortable and stylish, and thoughtfully designed with plenty of storage. I’ve no idea how busy the hotel was, but the public areas - the restaurant, the pool, the gardens - never felt crowded. Without exception, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We’d go back.
