We booked a week-long stay as "Unique" guests, but the experience was far from unique or premium. Honestly, it was a horrible and exhausting experience. The only good things I can mention are the breakfast and the pools. The property itself is beautiful, with lots of plants that really help reduce the heat.

However, that is where the positives end. The rest of the service was the worst I have ever experienced. It felt like an overpriced three-star hotel completely lacking in quality service. Right from check-in, things went wrong. We never received our welcome drinks, and despite asking repeatedly, reception had no idea what was going on. Eventually, someone else stepped in and gave us a voucher, but the staff at the bar and restaurants didn't know how to redeem it. This was certainly not a premium experience.

The housekeeping was equally frustrating. We had to constantly ask for our room to be cleaned, and even then, dirty cups were left unchanged for days. The complimentary water that was supposed to be replenished daily wasn't, meaning we had to ask several times just to get basic drinking water. The same was for the shampoo and shower gel, one has to ask for it (not premium experience) and even then, it is not delivered when asked.

Whenever we tried to get help from reception, they were completely useless. Instead of solving issues, they would just say it was "another department's problem" and promise to look into it, but there was never any follow-up. We ended up having to track down other staff members to get things fixed ourselves.

To make matters worse, you couldn't even rest in the room. Staff members would knock multiple times a day to check if we needed anything, yet they couldn't actually resolve our issues because they only handled one specific task. The person delivering towels couldn't help with the missing water, once again putting the burden on the guest to figure it out.

Even getting information was a hassle. There were activities for kids, but the reception desk had no details about them, forcing us to hunt down yet another department to find out what was going on.

The rooms are not isolated enough. We could hear all the music and noise from the nearby property.

At best, it feels like a cheap hotel trying to save a penny on water and amenities by making guests tirelessly ask for basic necessities. Overall, it is an overpriced hotel with terrible service, and no one takes responsibility even when you complain. I do not recommend it. Spend your money somewhere else.

This is a large hotel on the coast with wonderful well kept grounds including several swimming pools including an impressive infinity pool. The hotel consists of a central section and 2 side "wings". For a quiet room go for a room in one of the wings as the central area is where there is evening entertainment. I found the staff extremely helpful and prompt service in and around the bar. The Half Board Restaurant was very busy at certain times and although the food was plentiful it could be difficult to access. However the busy times were advertised so best to avoid. I would not recommend it for a solo traveler but excellent for families with easy access to the beach and promenade.

We stayed for 10 days in the Unique section during a family girls trip and had a fantastic experience. The hotel and facilities were excellent but what truly made our stay so memorable was the exceptional service from Zoilo at the Unique pool.

Every day, Zoilo greeted us with a warm smile and provided attentive, friendly service. His positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm made a real difference to our holiday and created such a welcoming atmosphere.

He is a real credit to the hotel and we would highly recommend staying in the Unique section to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Thank you Zoilo for making our trip even more special!
