This magnificent hotel enjoys an enviable location in Maspalomas on the southern tip of the picturesque island of Gran Canaria, just 150 metres from a seemingly endless beach. Golf lovers will find verdant golf course 3 km from this gorgeous complex boasting charming design and fabulous facilities. The airport is situated 36 km away. The hotel offers different room types ranging from double rooms to suites. Each of them enjoys a magnificent design in warm hues, complemented by cosy furniture and featuring garden and ocean views. The restaurants serve delights from several cultures and local food. Guests may indulge in treatments on the spa, tone at the gym or have a plunge in one of the sparkling pools or have a drink from the bar, while children may romp for hours at the wading pool.

Delightful Hotel
We had a wonderful stay at Seaside Palm Beach. The hotel is beautifully decorated in a retro‑chic style that I absolutely loved, and the grounds are immaculate. Lush green lawns and endless palm trees.
The service was one of the standout parts of our trip, especially from the lovely Leo and the gentleman who works the cocktail bar late into the night (I wish I knew his name!).
Housekeeping was also excellent, our room was cleaned daily and each evening we returned to a thoughtful turndown service with fresh water and a delicious chocolate wafer.
The food was delicious. We really enjoyed the alternating dinner format: some nights a barbecue‑style buffet, other nights a sit‑down three‑course meal. At lunchtime, just bear in mind there’s no buffet, you order from the restaurant or the African Bar. The menu is the same each day, though it’s fairly extensive.
At first, we felt like the youngest couple there, as most guests were older or elderly. As the week went on, more families and younger couples arrived. In June, there were hardly any children, so it almost felt like an adults‑only resort.
Evenings are calm. There’s a live singer every night, but after that most guests head to bed, leaving the bar quiet though still open until 1am. It does get slightly cooler in the evenings so I would suggest bringing a cardigan if you tend to run cold.
Before arriving, we couldn’t find any information about irons, but once there, we were able to request one and it was delivered to our room for an hour.
The hotel has three pools: a large freshwater pool, a children’s pool, and a brine pool in the adults’ area, plus a saltwater adults’ pool.
The spa includes a sauna, salt room and stone bath. I did find it a shame that it’s a nudist area as I would have used it more if it wasn’t.
Overall, Seaside Palm Beach is perfect for a relaxing stay with delicious food, beautiful surroundings and genuinely excellent service.

Amazing
21 amazing nights in paradise! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had the best holiday ever. Spent the days swimming, playing shuffleboard, and enjoying incredible dinners every evening. The resort was 5-star and everything exceeded expectations. Already can’t wait to come back! 🌴☀️🏊🍽️
Great Hotel shame about the Smokers.
This hotel is great in every way apart from one key thing. Smoking is allowed just about everywhere. There are two places that are smoke free the children’s pool and a small sandy area with no view.
My husband and I moved twice on the first and second day to avoid smokers but where we move to people then lit up. I went to complain to the hotel management. The on-call manager heard my complaint but they did absolutely nothing about it. I was asked my name and room number we received no apology.
It would be extremely easy to have a smoking and non-smoking area around the adult only and General pool but instead all the non-smokers are exposed to secondary cigarette smoke throughout the day this would be enough to stop me coming back to this hotel and if you don’t like smokers, my advise is not to come.

Stayed at this Hotel a number of times, love it there. I cannot fault it, the staff go above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay. Best location in Melonaras, grounds are lovely, room are nice and food is great.
One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.
A fabulous hotel. My fourth time visit. Standards are consistently high throughout the hotel, the staff are all friendly and helpful. Special mention to the lovely Nira in the restaurant and to Fernando on reception. The food is fantastic, I loved the Barbecue evenings especially. The choice of food and the quality was wonderful at all meals. I had an issue with a charge to my room bill which was not mine but the hotel dealt with the problem really well and without fuss. The various pools are all stunning, no issues with getting a sunbed and the pool service staff offer an excellent and courteous service. This is probably my most favourite hotel I have had the pleasure of staying at.
