From the fantastic freeform pool surrounded by palm trees and loungers to the sumptuous buffet restaurant - this is a hotel that will get you in the holiday mood straightaway.
First, the accommodation. All rooms are modern and spacious with private facilities and a terrace or balcony overlooking the surrounding area. They also feature satellite TV, telephone and safety deposit box (at a fee).
The facilities here are varied, offering guests plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy themselves in the Gran Canaria sunshine. There are a choice of two pools with plenty of space to relax on a comfy lounger poolside and enjoy working on that all-important tan. There's also a pool bar when you want some cool refreshments and a beauty centre if you want to treat yourself to a little pampering.
Later on, why not dine in the restaurant or on the terrace, and afterwards enjoy a drink and perhaps watch live music or one of the professional shows laid on for guests.
This is a great choice for your Gran Canaria holiday, however please be aware that this resort is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Great family holiday.
Great hotel for the family. Loads of choice for food, the pools are spotless and fun. The entertainment team are great with the kids and the rooms are perfect for getting your head down. Rooms cleaned every day and genuinely can’t fault our stay so far.

there was one member of staff in the restuarant that was excellant a female called Manualle. there was an older man who was very unpleasant when I asked for help with gluten free.
Customer service were very unhelpful when we had to complain about the lack of kids activities. We had 2 mini discos run by Rasual (he was excellant) the other nights all they did was blow up balloons. The mini club didn't open when it said it should be. The last day it rained, there were a group of us waiting for it to start as advertised but no one came. A parent went to reception who said it had moved in to the winter venue. We all went over there to be told by the entertainment team that they couldn't do it in there. Fuming was an understatement.
the therapist was excellant worth the money.
We went to this hotel last year and it was exceptional hence we booked again this year, and took family & friends. So very very diappointed gone down hill. Won't be returning.
