Holiday
Nice hotel with a beautiful view. Good breakfast and food in the restaurant. The people working here was nice and gave good service. Downparts was that the bar in the reception was closed and the pool area was a bit small.
Good hotel in fantastic location
This is a solid 4 + star hotel in a 5 star location.
Check in was straightforward and we enjoyed the glass of cava while we waited for the process to be completed. We paid extra for a beach view room which was well worth the extra payment. The room itself was fine - Nespresso machine was a nice touch although we needed to buy additional capsules once the four provided had been used. Wet room was ok. Balcony was excellent, overlooking both beach and pool. The corridor carpet outside the room had seen better days but a minor point.
Breakfast was great - very effective queue management and the breakfast choices were great.
The pool area was also good with plenty of loungers available. The sun doesn’t hit the area until 1pm or so but again that’s not a great issues.
The location was fantastic. While it is a fair walk into the old town - about 70/80 minutes there is a great bus service. The beach is beautiful and the promenade appeared very safe and a hive of activity. This is an area used by local people and is not a resort strip - which I enjoyed. Great walks in both directions along the front. The hotel seemed to be the best on the beachfront.
The hotel is also about a five minute walk from the Port market which offers lots of local food and wine options - we ate hear several times, and would go again. We also ate at Rincon de Triana which was excellent.
Overall I would recommend the hotel and give a shout out to the great staff.

Lovely hotel
Cleen rooms, serviceminded staff and a lovely beachclub. We lived in fifth floor and had a balcony facing the harbour (Puerto de Las Palmas) which was nice as we got the morning-sun at our balcony. The location of the hotel was perfect for us: right at the beach and with shopping and a various selection of restaurants just around the corner. We will definately stay at this hotel again.
