I will first state the place itself is clean. Good selection of spirits and beer you pour yourself.
However, everything else is really poor.
Food - I've stayed in many all inclusive hotels across Spain, usually none of them are great but bearable. After the 3rd day of our children refusing to eat and us simply not wanting to eat the same undercooked pork steaks (even asked the chef making it and he was confused which says it all). Pork was pink on each pork I looked at. Simply terrible food all round. Travelling with a boy who is dairy and soya intollerant. Wrong labels were out and food which you 100% know will have the likes off milk in it were not labelled. Honestly this place could get law suites with rubbish like that.
Entertainment - very small team and I credit them for trying. But they don't get help from the hotel highers clearly as it's rubbish.
Location - you have small mini markets near which are what they are. Do the job for little bits and bobs. Really nice steak house 10 mins away which we had to go to often to actually get edible food.
Room - we stayed in a 1 bedroom suite. Honestly no issues. Nice, spacious, clean. Only downside is no AC. But it's a very windy place so didn't bother us too much. Swings and roundabouts on that one.
I would not stop here and I'm dead against scare mongering. But save your pennies or spend a little bit more for a better experience
Complex it self was great, location to and from the beach was great 10 minute walk food was not great was some time cold most of the staff was rude our experience was good as valentin was amazing all through our stay entertaining everybody the cleaning staff was rarely seen and only cleaned our room once out of the week we was there i had to go to reception for towels which was a disappointment evening entertaining was diabolical expect valentin who was the one who made our stay great thanks valentin your a 5 star
We read the reviews beforehand, and to be honest, if everyone did they would not find fault! Yes not many English which we did not mind and good idea to have a car. Hotel not large, food good variety, unlimited drinks (and wished we had learnt to make our own cocktails). Staff, especially in the restaurant are hard working and always cheerful and entertainment just right and not overpowering. Quiet location and relaxing and always got a subbed. Toni's cafe just down the road and beach easy to walk to. African market Wednesday and Sunday. Buses are good but to get the most get a car if you can. Main roads and towns easy to drive but some mountain roads be careful. Useful to visit the many caves and beaches.
Najlepszy animator Valentin Jedzenie jest :) Serwis ok
Amazing service the employees are so kind and entertaining, especially Valentin so nice and funny, made our stay a pleasure. The food is amazing so much variety with lots to chose from everyday. The rooms are spacious and beds extremely comfortable and cleaned everyday if you wish. Overall, honestly a joy to be here and would definitely recommend, all of the staff are very friendly and make you feel at home. The area is very clean and so beautiful! A few minute walk from the beach and a lovely Italian restaurant just down the road. A variety of entertainment all day everyday from live singing to bingo nights and karaoke you will never get bored!
