- Club Hotel Drago Park

This modern hotel complex is situated in Costa Calma in the south of Fuerteventura. It is an ideal place for unforgettable family holidays as it features a pool, children's pool, playground, kid's club, entertainment for adults and children, restaurant, several bars as well as various sports facilities. The beautiful sandy beach can be reached within a short stroll, there is a shuttle bus to the beach.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Perfect for families. Within walking distance of the beach and a couple of local shop's. The rooms are a good size annd easily fit 4 of us in. The hotel has a good atmosphere and all of the staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. My children loved the disco on an evening and all of the activities in and around the pool. Great selection of food with pizza, burgers and chips available at the pool bar. Entertainment staff are amazing and take time to make sure all of the kids are involved. The hotel was very clean with the rooms and pool side being cleaned every day. We had a great holiday and it was great value for money
Stayed with my son and daughter-in-law for a week from 6th July. Room overall all was clean. The pool area was grubby, the sun beds were awful so many broken so almost every day had to prop them up with a chair. Food was ok a bit repetitive but edible. Staff some ok although the cleaning team looked like they didn’t want to be there one rude to me as I needed the bathroom so went to my room as soon as much cleaner than the pool toilets she would not let me in my room until I insisted I was going to use my bathroom. Entertainment team were lovely and friendly. There was an incident with English couples causing a fight so police were called, no fault of the hotel but quite frightening. Had a day at the zoo and that was so good.
Hotel needs some tender loving care in my opinion.
Just spent 10 days at this hotel. Staff very pleasant room clean and comfortable but would benefit from the addition of a fridge. Food very good with plenty of choices. Animation team superb really engaged with the guests. Pity it is far out but beaches are beautiful Would highly recommend.
Booked a four-night solo break at the Hotel Drago Park. Please don’t take any notice of the negative reviews – overall I had a good stay, although there are some things to be aware of.
The rooms are spacious, there’s a great hairdryer in the bathroom and a free safe provided. The shower was great, towels were clean and fresh, the bed was made up daily and the room kept well cleaned throughout my stay.
Food was tasty, and there was plenty of variety to choose from. I really dislike it when people say the food is repetitive – most of us cook very similar meals at home week after week anyway! You can also self-serve beer, wine (both very nice), sangria and soft drinks which is a great touch. The pool was large and spotlessly clean too.
There is a shuttle bus to the beach, though unfortunately it wasn’t running during my stay. The hotel advised we could take a taxi instead and they would reimburse the cost, which was helpful.
A couple of other points to note: there are lots and lots of steps all around the hotel, which isn’t ideal if you struggle with your mobility or aren’t steady on your feet. I also found it odd that the room had a kettle, tea, coffee and sugar provided, but no milk at all – and there was no fridge in the room either.
Most importantly, I was really disappointed with the welcome I received. None of the staff bothered to offer even a simple "good morning" or "hello", and the reception team in particular came across as very abrupt and unfriendly throughout my visit. It really felt like basic courtesy and customer service were missing entirely – I think some proper training in how to treat guests would make a huge difference here. Would u go there again, absolutely!
Nice place, good food. Please change your music playlist. Add some variety, I am going to go insane. Other than that, pretty nice :)
