There’s a lot to be said for good value. Fantastic staff like Merchi and Nancy. Good food provision. Good and timely housekeeping. Yes, the place is very tired, but ultimately, you get what you pay for and more. Can’t speak highly enough of their offering.

Overall nice, but tired hotel
This is probably one of the first RUI hotels and it is in real need of some refurbishment and maintenance. The staff, food, general atmosphere and everything is great. But the rooms and hotel generally just need help. Our bedside lamps were hanging off the wall. Plaster in places too. There was a bucket in reception for drips and the whole place looks sad from the outside. It was clean and you can see staff are doing their best. Avoid room 1106 in the annex’s if you are a light sleeper as the cleaners start out with their trolleys at 6.30 am and poolside loos back onto this room so hand dryers are going all the time. Would I return? Yes for a short break and for the right price. It did the job - like I say you couldn’t fault the staff

Best Beach Holiday Ever!
Amazing hotel. Large comfortable room, cleaned and tidied daily. Immaculate surroundings, staff cleaning and sweeping everywhere. Food was excellent and there was more than enough choice, kept fresh throughout the sitting. Waiters and waitresses, cleaners, reception staff - all happy to help and nothing was too much trouble. Beach was perfect, sea was blue and crystal clear. Weather was perfect. I had my birthday while there and they brought sparkling wine, chocolates and a birthday letter to our room. At the restaurant that evening I was welcomed to a table set with a flower, a candle and wine served to us. We would certainly visit again and can understand why customers often become regulars. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

The hotel is dated, but, it is very clean. Staff are fantastic. Food is fresh, plenty of choice. Location for a relaxing break is amazing, set on a beautiful stunning beach
