October visit
This was our 3 rd year at this complex and it will be our last. Our room was overlooking the staff car park even though I had emailed and asked if we could have one closer to the pool or the shop due to mobility issues. We had quite a lot of steps to get to the shop . Felt like because we had been before we were just put anywhere. . Room had very musty smell in the cupboards as well . If you are thinking of maybe going all inclusive then please re consider . The food options aren’t that great and the drinks aren’t good. A pour yourself larger pump with disposable cups ! We went self catering and there are so many options of places to eat in a ten minute walk . Shop on site is not bad at all. Prices the same as the bigger supermarkets. The one thing that really spoilt it for us which is nothing the resort can help was the amount of children that were there. We go this time of year so it will be quieter but it was really loud this year. ( I have nothing against kids at all ) kids screaming all day in the pool . Luckily the baby pool was a nice peaceful place to read and relax in . Sunbeds are wooden and there are mattress's to put on them. These were difficult to find if you were later at the pool. Some of them are all battered as well as. Entertainment is low key. Either duo or single singers. Not too bad to sit and listen to with a drink . Location is good as not far from shops or restaurants. Also water park nearby which people say is good value .
Ants!!Ants!! Ants!!! Uncomfortable beds! Beds!Beds!
Stayed here before and loved it but have just returned and don't think we'll be back. The reception staff were not very friendly to us on arrival and ignored us when we were asking for directions to our room. The room itself was a massive let down we had a huge problem with ants they were everywhere. We booked 3 adults, i did ask a few months before arrival if I could pay for an extra room told this was not possible but hoped the 1 bedroom accommodation would be ok but the bed provided in the lounge area was awful. Not suitable at all for my adult son so he has had a very uncomfortable sleepless 2 weeks. So I guess the hotel is great depending on where your room is located. Very pretty grounds and good pools even though a dead bird on side of pool the other day!!!. Not too keen on new system of food and drinks added to a tab on your room. Hard to keep track of and a bit ridiculous for hotel to expect holiday goers to keep receipts. All in all its a good hotel a bit dated. Furniture from the 1970s very nostalgic!!! A good 15 to 20 min walk to beach and the square about 35mins walk so its a fab location to hit the 10k step target each day!! Good for the money.

Still a good value for money complex
Just back from another pleasant stay at this hotel.We normally stay self catering and had no issues.The rooms are spacious and cleaned frequently .We always believe we have good value for money here. In honesty we only had dealings with the reception staff and pool bar girls and we found them obliging ,professional and helpful. The pools are especially clean,no matter what others may report.The guy who cleans the periphery of the pool is an unsung hero and work horse and deserves special praise. My downside comment is that they need someone to help others to find their rooms when arriving late in the dark.I can tell the manager that he should put himself in our position and he would find he would have a different opinion.

Good apartments and great place
Just return from one week of holiday booked via Apollo. The location is good, you could say its just outside the downtown, it takes appeox. 10 min walk and you are at the nearest supermarked nor street of turisme. The apartment is well organised and furnituried. Hotel provide 1 dishtowel for the kitchen wash. We manage to stay in room #1305 first/secondfloor and #2130 groundfloor. If possible i will reccomand first/secondfloor due to the noise of whats going on from the apartment upstairs. For me the beds are very hard, but two duvets did a good job. Hotels minigolf is fun/sweat but also a bit old, some broken wholefragments. Didnt manage to use the tennis/football/sandybeach nor basket area but they all look well and doable. The hotel minimarked is very good, they have a large sortments of various of food, souvenirs and a bit of clothes and toys. Prices are not higher than regular markeds. The hotels swimmingpools are fantastics. Temp. When we were here around 26c in oct.2026. Many sunbeds around the pool, some are blocked/reserved by others guests but might be available later during the days. We didnt manage to use or buy anything from the poolbar, but it look very nice around and nearby the pool. We had breakfast incl. In our stay and it was fantastic. Nice and polit staff who quickly clean tables and also the sortiments was almost fully all the time. I have rarely seen so much of a sortiments and same time very tastefull. Every night the hotel have a team of food, we tried the baberque night and again a pleasent and tastefull night. We are not much in for the entertainment but there were music and singers every night. Beside the entertainment shows there are many caming mashines etc. Next or inside the bar area. All in all we could sure stay here again.

Lovely Hotel with Lovely Staff.
We stayed in Las Marismas in October 2026 and I must say, we had a very enjoyable holiday. Would recommend and if we were to come back to Fuertaventura, we would probably stay here again.
We stayed in room 2231 and our terrace backed onto the Sandy Beach Volleyball/football area. It was very peaceful and had plenty of room for the 3 of us. The double bed (two singles pushed together) were comfy, however the pull out bed for my 15 yo son didn't find his bed as comfy, especially when staying for two weeks. Housekeeping would turn up every day and they were lovely, even when we didn't require them to come in, they would always offer loo rolls/shampoo/shower gel/towels every day.
Reception staff and pool side bar staff are lovely, very friendly and accommodating. We only had snacks/drinks at pool side and you give them your room number and name and it will be added to your tab, which is paid at the end of your stay... two weeks and we only spent €290 for that time, very good considering we eat/drank nearly every day, even had a few cocktails (Strawberry Daiquiris is recommended). We never went into the restaurant so can't comment on the food. We always went out for evening meal/entertainment but as far as I'm aware there is something on every night to entertain the guests who stay in the apartments.
There are three pools, two in the main area and a smaller kids pool further down. Never a shortage of beds, however, there were a few with towels down but nobody about for ages. Pool table in the bar area and there is a bigger arcade opposite the main restaurant area. Mini golf onsite and it's free (watch out for hole 16!!)
Location is ideal, 10 minute walk to the top of the main strip to bars/restaurants. Waterpark is opposite Las Marismas, just a quick walk round the road and there is a Mini Golf course across from hotel.
If you happen to stay in room 2231 and there is a wee black cat who likes to visit, she's very friendly and she was my foster cat for 2 weeks.... she has a wee lump on her side but loves getting a little bit of TLC... I will miss her so please be kind - she loves her biscuits and some treats (we spoilt her)... if only I could have brought her home in my suitcase!
