October 1 week stay
It was mine and my partner's 2nd time in Corralejo but our 1st in the Barcelo Corralejo Sands hotel. We were very pleased to find the hotel lived up to our expectations from what we had seen advertised. Welcoming staff are at hand to help throughout the day and night. The hotel is kept to high standards in all areas. The pool is beautiful and sunbeds and parasols are plentiful, though very closely placed to each other. The restaurant dining area is lovely with an additional glass covered outdoor bit. Food choices are themed each night but there are lots of choices. My partner is Vegan and there were always suitable meals and ingredients at breakfast and evening meals. The labelling of the vegan options wasn't great but the chefs did walk her round explaining what was vegan. This was fed back to the hotel so hopefully they'll take it on board for the future. Set back just off the main strip, the location of the hotel is excellent and shops, bars, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy are all within a few minutes walk. The hotel is quiet and the pool area is secluded from any outside noise but the main strip is not a noisy place at the hotels location anyway. Entertainment is on through the day, aqua stretching, yoga, etc and a gym/fitness centre is available. A Spa/wellness centre is also available but we didn't use these. Evening entertainment at the pool bar is good and every evening was busy until it finished between 10.30pm-11pm when numbers dwindled. Overall it was an excellent stay and we will stay here again when we return to Corralejo.
Fab 7 night stay
Lovely hotel in a brilliant location. The rooms were very spacious, spotlessly clean, and beds extremely comfortable. We stayed for 7 nights on a bed and breakfast basis, as we enjoy dining out in the evenings. Lots of fab eating places which are walking distance.
The lovely young girl in the entertainment team worked incredibly hard throughout our stay, keeping guests entertained and creating a great atmosphere around the pool with Aqua Yoga/Pilates and poolside games.
We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would definitely stay here again. We also had a hired car and were able to park on the street outside the hotel with no issues

25th wedding Anniversary holiday
Had a fantastic time in September for our 25th wedding anniversary holiday we got free cava and cake in our room when we arrived which was lovely had pool view which we did not pay for the room was lovely and clean breakfast good lunch was fantastic food buffet was lovely definitely go back but going to try another island next 5 mins to beach 2 mins to strip just loved everything about the hotel

my wife and i have just spent eleven days at corralejo sands hotel on a half board basis . A fabulous hotel that met all of our needs to a very high standard. we will be booking again soon.

Average 4 star Barcelo
The hotel was an average 4 star. The rooms were big we had a 6 month old baby so the hot tub and sunbed loungers on the balcony were an added bonus whilst the baby slept.
We went half board and the food was a bit bland in the evening. Not the best barcelo we’ve stayed in but not the worst.
