Barceló Corralejo Bay - Adults Only, refurbished in 2019, is just 80 m from Corralejo Beach and next to Corralejo Shopping Centre. There is a bus stop 500 m from the hotel if guests wish to explore the island. A bicycle and car rental service is available, and the hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from the Corralejo Dunes National Park. Guests can enjoy healthy food at the hotel's buffet restaurant, which also hosts themed dinners and offers room service during the day. There is also a poolside bar with a cocktail menu.

Superb stay - excellent hotel, ideal location
Another fantastic stay at Barcelo Corralejo Bay. Perfect location just minutes from the beach and Palm Beach restaurant, plus easy walking distance to bars and restaurants, including 10 minutes from the hub of Corralejo nightlife - Music Square. We stayed whilst the hotel was at capacity and despite the morning queue and stampede by those eager to secure an optimal spot we always managed to find a sunbed late on the morning and again after going for lunch. The upgraded gym is a superb enhancement and will encourage us to book again. The main pool is a decent size with room for a proper swim if that tickles your fancy.
The staff were all friendly and helpful from checkin to checkout and everything in between. Housekeeping do an excellent job in keeping the rooms clean and tidy.
Last year we stopped in a double pool view room, this year due to availability we booked a Deluxe with Hot Tub. In all honesty we preferred the standard double with pool view and if we return we’d book the double pool view room again as it was much more modern and the hot tub proved an unused novelty.
We were full board last year and the food was excellent, however this year we opted for B&B only as we wanted to enjoy the many restaurants in the evening. The breakfast was once again very good and there was always plenty to choose from despite the hotel being very busy.
All in all and excellent stay and a credit to the Barcelo name. I’m sure we’ll be back.
Few tips:
- Palm beach bar - 3 mins walk, perfect for drinking whilst watching the windsurfers.
- Anno 2011 - slightly further away (8 mins walk). Good food, friendly staff and lovely place to watch the world go by.
- Jaipur and Everest Spice - two Indian restaurants 2 mins from the hotel (turn left on leaving hotel). Both serve excellent curries.
- El Patio - fantastic Argentinian restaurant about 5 mins from the hotel. Perfect steal and friendly staff.
- Rock Island bar - incredible gem of a music bar with superb artists.
- Tapas Oscar - just off Music Square, excellent steak and tapas.
- Swami Ocean Lounge - Italian cocktail bar near the harbour. Perfect for relaxing and people watching with a cocktail prepared by a professional mixologist.

Fantastic Stay
We had an excellent stay at this hotel.
Breakfast and dinner service was superb. The room was excellent - very clean and had a great air conditioning system, spacious too.
Best part about it was the staff, probably the best I've encountered at a hotel. We already look forward to our next visit.

Another great holiday at this wonderful hotel
This was our 7th visit to the Barceló Corralejo Bay hotel and we have already booked for 2027. It's located in a quiet road about 10 minutes easy walk from the centre of Corralejo and a 5 minute walk to a lovely sandy beach with beach bars and cafes. The hotel ticks all the boxes for us from the lovely large bedrooms with lots of storage and super-comfy beds, to the wide choice of food in the restaurant; to the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to help in all ways, from the management right through to the housekeeping staff. Nothing is too much trouble. I was unwell for a couple of days and the management were in touch on two occasions to see if there was anything I needed. The hotel is scrupulously clean and the gardens and pool area are very relaxing. Yes, there is a bit of a scrum at 9am each morning to secure preferred sunbeds but maybe this happens in many hotels. We always managed to get sunbeds in the area we liked and I also had a chair as I'm not able to use a sunbed for any length of time. There is entertainment every evening in the lobby bar which we found to be of a very high standard and something for everyone. I imagine younger guests would prefer to visit the music bars in the town but the in-house entertainment suited us. We always book half board rather than all-inclusive simply because we don't eat or drink enough to warrant the extra cost, however, if we do get peckish, the pool bar has snacks, or full meals if needed, all prepared to order. We like to go out for tapas and Tapas Oscar in the old town is the best in Corralejo. On the recommendation of a couple of guests we chatted to, we tried the spa for the first time and booked the thermal circuit. This was very reasonably priced and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It will definitely be on our 'to do' list for next year. All the staff are amazing but an extra shout-out to Leah, Guest Experience Manager, who always makes us so welcome, to Driss, Juan and Paco who always make me smile every day and the dining room staff who are always smiling. Can't wait to see you all next year.

Great as always
Just returned from a 12 day holiday- great Hotel and very friendly hardworking staff. It is so central for the beach, shops etc. This was our 16th/17th stay and it never fails to please. It is pristine and clean wherever you look. Looking at returning in the New Year.
