Super clean and great value
The hotel is spotless, the staff are very helpful and nothing is a problem. The food is very good and they have themed food evenings so the food is very varied. We loved staying in Arena Suites and this is our second visit this year, we will be back.

Great holiday
Excellent hotel and quiet location
no hot water
arrive late Saturday 29th August and everything looked fine but on the Sunday realised that the shower was only lukewarm by Wednesday the water was cold no hot water at all. When I informed the receptionist seemed disinterested but did say she would send the handyman round. Which never happened. By Friday I approached the cleaner who checked the shower confirming no hot water.She said she she would get the handyman. Within five minutes the handyman came to inform us that the boiler on site had been broken all week and was only getting fixed that day. The hotel was aware of the problem and did nothing to assist us.

Our stay at the Arena suite Hotel.
A lovely Hotel. Good food, very clean , staff all polite and a good location. A bit of a walk to the main food /shopping area but within 10 minute walk there is a small shopping area with places to eat too.

Good hotel in Corralejo
Good hotel and room, close to beach and approx 20 mins walk to centre. Breakfast everyday was fine with everything you need, cooked and continental options. Staff were helpful.
