Happy stay
We are happy with everything as usual. It’s our 10th stay and we will definitely come back. Great stuff, wonderful entertainment, food that suits everybody!
Our 5th visit.
Just home after another great stay at the Elba Sara. This was our 5th holiday there and we have always visited in October. On arrival Roberto welcomed us back in his usual charming and cheerful manner. Our room was perfect and cleaned daily, with fresh towels when requested. We would like to praise the restaurant staff for how hard they work, this was especially obvious when towards the end of our stay many more families had arrived for the half term break and the main restaurant was much busier at peak times. A special shout out to Laura on omelette's and our favourite waitress Pilar. As usual the entertainment team worked very hard and although we didn't go to many evening shows the daytime activities were ideal and fun. This is a very popular hotel in an idyllic setting. There are some slight maintenance issues that would need attended to, to maintain the standards we have been used to over the years. On balance we feel the setting, the relaxed atmosphere, the food and most importantly, the staff, make this hotel our favourite, and we look forward to our visits again in 2027.

Holiday experience.
We've just arrived back from our holiday here. Not a pleasant experience for us in this hotel. The food was mostly cold, my partner had Spanish omelette and it was frozen in the middle. The bacon was just a heap in a morning at breakfast that was so hard you mostly couldn't even pick up with a folk and very greasy. The plates was always wet. Some of the bar staff was rude. You could only change your pool towels every 2-3 days. The adult only area is very small with only a few sunbeds. The entertainment was good with something different every night. They make you wait till 3 o clock to check in, I went to reception at 2.50 and she made me wait till 3. However you can use the facilities.

Just loved it was so sad to come home. The rooms are great the food was great lots of choice warm different every night. Service staff all lovely. The beach just opposite was really nice we had an ocean front room so just loved sitting and watching the world go by. The kids entertainment and adults entertainment were both great and fully enjoyed by us and the addition of Pepe is so fun. The team behind that are great. You do have to get up early to reserve sun beds though that is the only downside most are gone before 7:30 am. Big supermarket next door main town is about a 40 - 50 mins walk which you can get a bus to and from the town though which is free.
Absolutely beautiful hotel
We came to elba sara as a large family group. I honestly could not recommend this hotel enough. This hotel exceeded our expectation. The hotel is beautiful. The cleanliness is great and the food is amazing. They have a wide variety of food on offer, including the snack bar which was great for the kids. The staff were amazing and the children absolutely adored the entertainers, they went above and beyond to make the children smile. Absolutely fantastic hotel and we are already looking at returning next year hopefully. This will definitely be somewhere that we will keep returning to. 🌟
