The one and only Elba Palace
This was our 7th visit to beautiful Elba Palace. Located on the most beautiful golf course , the hotel is of a traditional Spanish design and this adds to its unique appeal. The staff are the most welcoming and friendly, and all provide the highest possible customer service. The rooms are spacious with tea and coffee making facilities, his and hers sinks , robes and the most comfortable beds. Every corner of the hotel is spotlessly clean, a further demonstration of the wonderful staff. All of this is the reason we return , it’s like a home from home.

FAB-U-LOUS!!
This is our second trip to Elba Palace Golf Hotel and definitely will be returning. We dont even play golf! The staff are incredible, food is fantastic too. Buffet style for starters and then served your main. Cannot recommend this Hotel enough Thank you Elba for another relaxing stay

Non golfer
1st the hotel when it was built I can imagine was extremely opulent, the style is beautiful Room's are big and extremely comfortable the bathroom is large too. The staff are helpful and very polite and truly try to cater for your every need. Definitely a massive plus for the hotel. However the pool area is a massive let down I know this hotel is aiming for golfers so perhaps that is why they neglect this area The sunbeds are unhygienic although the hotel provides lovely pool towels. Also the floor tiles were never cleaned in the week we were there! Also the balanise beds are tatty I know the sun and lack of money probably contribute to the shabby approach to the lack of care, which is a shame. A lot of areas need some TLC to get the hotel back to being five star. Also a small gift shop and essentials catering for non golfing holiday makers would be great (as the shops are so far away) Perhaps the library could be considered for a change of use?

Outstanding customer servicer
Lovely hotel set on golfcoure we don't play golf from the first moment we got there to the last the service was outstandingnothing to much trouble the most beautiful courtyard where you can have pre dinner drinks and sit there for drinks at night time a little out of town but fre shuttle bus in morning food of good quality rooms very nice I'm not saying anything that has not been already said on tripadviser but feel like I have to write a review has a thank you to all at hotel many people a quick to complane but when places get it right they should get the credit they deserve

Wonderful stay with wonderful staff
Wonderful experience (not a golfer), staff super friendly and look after all your needs, any issues quickly sorted. Lovely location with golf course and morning bus to town however not too far for a walk in or back out. Has a lovely old colonial feel in Spanish style. Food excellent and service is too. Rooms spacious with necessities provided be it in bathroom or tea/coffee and mini bar. Lovely laid back atmosphere and because a lot of visitors are golfers pool never too busy plus bonus of no kids. Kept very clean and tidy. Several visits over last 10 years and staff remember us and really make this hotel.
