Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Third time visiting, and it gets better each time. Had a sea view room this time and enjoyed the sun rise each morning. Rooms where clean, yes a bit dated but had everything we needed. There is no Aircon but we've not been to many 3* hotels that do. The Restaurant had a good range from breakfast to lunch to dinner. Restaurant and bar staff were helpful and always greeted you with a smile, especially when I tried a bit of Spanish. Animacion team were superb, they had made our stay fun. From morning aqua dance to the night time white party the energy didn't drop. I think for the price and what the hotel has to offer is of great value. A great holiday for all the family. We shall be back.
Had an amazing few days here with friends. Perfect location and staff are great especially Vanessa from the entertainment team and Juan the bar waiter. Food is ok in the dining restaurant and good from the snack bar as freshly made to order. Tap beer is Cruzcampo, very nice. Rooms spacious and clean with a fridge. No air-conditioning is the biggest flaw with this place, but we left the balcony door open but on the 2nd floor, not sure what we'd have done if on the ground. Location is perfect, near bars and restaurants and beautiful sea views.
A lovely hotel, very clean, rooms dated but nice and big beds comfy. There is no air conditioning in the rooms which made it a bit uncomfortable at night even with windows and doors opened. You can rent a fan but they’re pretty useless as just blow round hot air. The food was very good and varied having different theme nights. The entertainment team were fantastic working very hard every day in the heat, although our 16yr old had to join the adult games/activities as nothing for that age group. There are two pools but we only went to the one outside by the sea front as the bar for the other pool was shut during our stay. Snack bar was good, drinks were also good especially the vodka slushies. Beware when putting towels down as they were still being taken away after 8am if no one with them so no point putting them down early as they will not be there when you go down. Overall we had a fantastic 10 days and would recommend this hotel, if it made a few tweaks with investing in air conditioning and better WiFi some little extras in the rooms then this hotel could easily become a 4* hotel instead of the 3* it’s currently at.
Me and my daughter just spent 11 days here and had the most amazing time! Breakfast was always 10/10 (miss it already) pools lovely and cool, animation team were always on point! Especially Marty who was just crazy in the best way! Could always get a sunbed. Don’t go down at stupid o’clock to get one, towel police come and take them but you just collect from reception. Food is repetitive but still nice! Pool bar food is nice as well! Different themes every night too. Bar staff were amazing also, Jose being my favourite! Entertainment at night was good too, just wish they kept some music on after it finished! Met the most amazing people and were already looking again for next year! Only thing I will say is the shop on site needs better staff or more stable hours as it wasn’t always open when it said and I’ve never met anyone so slow.
Lovely location in Caleta de Fuste in Fuerteventura, our room was overlooking the sea and we watched the sunrise on a morning. The room was a little dated however it was spacious, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen adequately furnished, we had clean towels twice and clean bedding once during the week of our stay. There is a good atmosphere in the bar and pool areas and the staff gave excellent service in all areas. We stayed all inclusive and the restaurant had a different meal theme each night, the food choices were excellent. Staff were quick to give table service for drinks in the restaurant. There was a pool bar which also served snacks and the cocktails were good. The only downside was the sun beds would get reserved however some days there were a few available. For a large hotel the service, staff, meals and entertainment was very well organised. There is a lovely 20 minute walk along the sea front to the nearby town and a large beach.
