Seafront location with nice sandy beach. Closed lagoon, no waves, calm ocean. In April hotel was not too busy, plenty of room for everyone. Heated pool made a great mood for me and my little one. Clean and comfortable rooms. Enough of space for family of three. Animation team are really amazing, enjoyed to stay around the pool with all those events. Our daughter didn’t want to leave, because she loved in lady from Kids Club. Food was delicious, not bad choice. Drinks in a bar really good. Definitely worth its money and would recommend it for family stay.
Positives: The food at dinner was fine. Good accessibility and facilities for people with disabilities. Negatives: Monotonous breakfasts. Monotonous lunches. Terrible housekeeping service: two out of the three rooms we used lacked both toilet brushes and towels. Incompetent maintenance staff: the technician failed to identify clear signs of a break-in into the room via the terrace, where a bent door frame and a damaged lock latch were clearly visible. The hotel assured me that security would come to my room after the break-in, but no one ever showed up. The hotel took zero responsibility for allowing such a dangerous situation (the break-in) to happen; furthermore, the lock on the gate leading directly from the beach to the hotel grounds was broken. The hotel grounds were noticeably dirty at times; I have stayed in many large-capacity hotels, and all of them managed to maintain cleanliness. Poorly washed, dirty plates in the dining area. Greasy, sticky countertops around the live-cooking station. Dirty chairs in the Tindaya restaurant. The Sinatra bar was closed. Complete lack of both physical comfort and peace of mind. No clear information regarding the towel replacement policy—towels were changed only once during the entire stay. For our final night, the housekeeper stripped the duvet cover/sheet in my room and left it bare without replacing it. Terrible Wi-Fi: when a mobile carrier easily provides speeds of over 300 Mbps, it is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel in 2026 to provide barely 10 Mbps. This speed was not even enough to check emails or read news feeds. Inadequate security camera coverage: having CCTV only at the front desk and main entrance, while missing entirely from hallways and other entry points, is unacceptable. No more rooms on the ground floor (-1 in the meaning of this hotel)
Wow. Where do I begin? This was our second stay at this hotel after we had a fabulous time in October 2024. If anything this time was even better. The hotel is in a great location - a short transfer from the airport, within easy walking distance of Caleta de Fuste and right by the beach. The facilities are great, especially for kids, as are the activities. The staff are amazing, from the reception team and the restaurant and bar staff to the entertainment team and maintenance staff (none of them ever stop working!) We couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough and will definitely be returning again.
Spent 2 weeks here with 5 adults and a toddler.
The pools Really good, 1 cold, 1 heated, 1 jacuzzi & 1 baby pool, all very good, can’t complain at all about these, even though twice was shut because kids had pooped, hotel quickly had it sorted and cleaned.
Entertainment Day time very good; such a good bunch of staff, very energetic, lots to do from pool parties, foam parties, exercise in the pools, one of the best day entertainment I’ve seen. Night time.. the white/tropical party was good, all done by 11pm. A singer who was good, didn’t see any shows. Mini discos just ok but enough, sometimes inside and sometimes by the pool.
Cleanliness Not the best, towels and bed sheets are changed once a week. They don’t mop or sweep in the rooms. Literally just come in and remake the bed. Not even clean cups on a daily basis or new teabags/milk(good job i took my own teabags) In the dining room often found plates/cutlery dirty, the kids plates and cutlery very old. Glasses still had lipstick marks on them sometimes. The pool areas quite clean.
Food This is the biggest let down! It’s such a shame because it lets the whole hotel down. If you have toddlers/kids don’t bother going! They do not cater for kids and I struggled alot to feed my child. The snack bar is horrific, veg sandwiches, cheese & chorizo, some cake, occasionally pizzas and that mornings sausage/bacon & cheese & ham toastes. It was awful! Breakfast edible, not awful, just ok. Dinner, some days better than others, just ok. Not a massive choice, my son had bread & jam some nights because there was nothing for him. Occasionally would get a drink so just got one from upstairs and took it down
Location Beach amazing, such lovely beaches and walkways. The beach club was just ok food, lovely sitting there with a great view. There isn’t a lot around, yes a walk into town but still not a massive town but enough. Shopping centre next door which was good for necessities if needed.
Towel situations not too bad, if you go down at 8, you’ll still get some, just maybe not in an area you want. We brought the beds each day for 5euro, but have to go down to reception by about 7.20am for queueing. The alcoholic drinks were good, good brands and options and queue upstairs can be long. The cups in the rooms & dining room had chips on the sides of them! Internet not great! Just ok in certain areas. Overall, yes we had a lovely time, staff soooo nice and really do try their hardest! It’s just the food & cleaniness for me that wasn’t great at all. I got an ok late deal with this hotel, but if I’d have paid more I wouldn’t have been happy. I definitely wouldn’t go back, it’s not the staffs fault, it’s the people higher that definitely need to make some changes and updates.
Overall a lovely experience at the hotel. The only exception is the fact that the use of the safe in the room is not included as standard in the room fee, you have to pay a fee on arrival to get the safe activated. I would have thought it should be included in an all inclusive holiday but it isn't.
