Great family holiday
Had a great holiday was nervous after reading the bad reviews. Rooms clean staff nice food nice and lots off it did eat out 4 nights as like to try differnt places. Pool was great kids loved it I would rebook again here as could not fault anything

I made an account to say how good the lads were entertaining, between making fresh cocktails/sangria to the kids entertainment every evening, we had a 1 and 3 year old that can be shy but they were both dancing and playing games throughout our 10 day stay, 3/4 rooms had great experiences but with 1 had issues with the door locking , that got fixed the next day, the food isn’t anything special but everyone got fed, pool snacks are handy too, special mention to Javier great hospitality from him throughout 👍

Poor holiday
If you’re looking for a basic holiday then this is it. Nothing great about it. Rooms are very big standard and smell fusty. Very spread out and no umbrellas around the main pool, really not ideal. The bit you can get a bit of shade is all damaged or broken. The food is just ok. Breakfast is the best meal. Snacks around the pool are ok if you like to eat cold burgers and hotdogs. Toasties made fresh. The drinks are all watered down to an inch of their life except the beer. There’s no help finding your rooms which I feel is poor. Won’t be returning

Nice Brand Hotel. Nice for small kids.
3.5 ⭐️ for this hotel as the location is good & the food is great! 15 min taxi from airport, 5 mim walk to bi-weekly market. 20min walk to main shops/nightlife & beach but unfortunately up a hill to get back to hotel.
The bungalow is such lovely accommodation for a week, but the air-con unit was leaking most of the time we were there. The cleaner knew as we left the sopping towel on the floor to mop it up everyday. We didn't bother reporting it, as it was just me & my mum & dismt want to hang around waiting for maintenance. If I had kids with me- I would have had to report it, as it could be dangerous leaking into electrics nearby. We didn't need the air con on all the time, as wasn't uncomfortably hot anyway. The pools didn't have have enough sunbeds with umbrellas, and it was hard to grab some if you weren't up early enough.
Restaurant is clean & the food was lovely- the staff in there are very nice. Reception staff are not so nice unfortunately. Everything seemed to be too much hassle for them.
Not really kitted out for teenagers, but the young kids seem to be having a lovely time. I would recommend for a cheap getaway with toddlers maybe.
Although, the area of Caleta De Fuste is lovely & Bluesea is nice, but needs improving.
