Located in the popular town of 'Caleta De Fuste', this hotel offers a very convenient location in order to help you have the best holiday experience. There is a choice of three swimming pools in the outdoor complex - two family pools, and one just for kids - along with a pool bar and plenty of spots to sunbathe. Some more active facilities include; a multi-sports court, table tennis, a gym and even a mini golf course!
With lots going on around the hotel including; a kid's club, animation team and entertainment programme, there is no doubt that there is something for everyone. The rooftop terrace is the perfect spot to chill out, make some new friends or just to simply soak in sea and mountain views all whilst sipping on a beverage from the rooftop bar (weather permitted, from 11:00-17:00 hrs; self-service).

Pleasantly surprised
Lovely hotel very pleasant surprise good food and entertainment . Very clean mostly friendly staff . Not far from town and beach would definitely return .

Food disgusting, no signage, cold, dirty plates and glasses, had to eat out everyday.
Complained about noise and aggressive behaviours that went on each night from 10pm -2am, told that no one available to check. CCTV does not work, reception staff ( female) extremely rude, laughed at behaviours of other guests. Manager was never available, please do not waste money. Not safe for females or young families

Amazing holiday
Amazing hotle great staff rooms spotless been here 6times now and already looking at booking nxt yr. Everyone is so friendly love the place

Excellent staff from arriving at reception until departure,accommodation spotless,excellent choice of food and drink,this was our 4th visit in last 12 months and will be back in December

Cheerful Chatur
When booking, we asked for a quiet room. After a pleasant reception, we found we had a room directly above a bar on either side. I went back to ask for a change but was advised it would be the next day, so I said no thanks, will keep this room. Once the patio doors were closed it cut most of the noise out, went quiet after 11.30. It was the best room! (1093). Staff all very friendly, food was very good, lots of options, fresh fish and chicken grilled in front of you, lovely sausages at breakfast, selection of lovely breads. Lots of seafood some days. The orange juice from the machines was like freshly squeezed. Dining room staff work very hard. Hotel was spotless, teams of cleaners constantly wiping everywhere down. Peaceful adults only roof terrace. Went out all day, didn't do the pool/sunbeds. Animation team very friendly, one lady (long blond hair) always smiling and had amazing energy! Evening entertainment good, in the week we were there, was a brilliant singer, amazing acrobat/fire act, and a R&B boy band, with bingo & quizzes. The hotel location is excellent, not too far from shops, bars, beach. Ten minute walk to bus station, enjoyed bus trip to Porto Rosario. The only negative for us was there being no fridge in the room. We drink lots of water, you can buy a small bottle of water from the bar at the end of the night for 1 euro (or fill a bottle from the machine)...but it was always warm in the morning for taking my meds. We are already looking to book again for next year (Easyjet)
