From start to finish, we had an outstanding stay and would happily return in a heartbeat.

We did have some issues with the Wi-Fi when we first arrived, and the staff immediately moved us to another room to try and resolve it. Although the signal still wasn't perfect, they went above and beyond by providing us with a prepaid mobile phone so our daughter could stay connected, as she uses her iPad as a form of communication. That level of understanding, kindness and customer service meant so much to us. They also very kindly offered us access to a child-free all-inclusive area as a gesture of goodwill for the minor inconveniences we experienced during our stay.

I have to give the biggest thank you and recognition to Monica on reception. She is, without a doubt, one of the kindest, warmest and most genuine members of hotel staff we have ever come across. She truly made our holiday.

Every single day, without fail, she greeted us with the biggest smile and always took the time to stop and say hello whenever she saw us around the hotel. She was absolutely wonderful with our children, making them feel so welcome, and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble for her. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and cares about every guest who walks through the door.

People like Monica are incredibly hard to find, and she deserves to be recognised for the exceptional service she provides. She is an absolute credit to the hotel and one of the biggest reasons we would choose to return. We honestly can't thank her enough for everything she did to make our holiday so special.

The rest of the reception team were fantastic too—friendly, approachable and always happy to help whenever we needed anything.

The all-inclusive food was excellent, with plenty of choice at breakfast, lunch and dinner. There was always something for everyone, and we were impressed with both the variety and quality throughout our holiday.

The all-inclusive drinks were also fantastic. Amstel beer was available on draught, along with house red, white and rosé wines. There were also three cocktails included with the all-inclusive package (Blue Lagoon, Wiki Palm and a non-alcoholic Fruit Punch), and they were all really enjoyable. Even if you're not all-inclusive, the drinks are very reasonably priced at around €6 each, or €3 for premium options if you're all-inclusive, which we thought was excellent value.

Poolside snacks were available throughout the day, including toasties, hot dogs, hamburgers and various finger foods. They weren't gourmet, but they were perfect for grabbing something between meals and definitely kept everyone going.

We also loved that soft drinks were available for self-service all day, alongside filtered drinking water. There was a fantastic coffee machine serving coffees, teas and hot chocolate, as well as a great selection of different tea bags and coffee options.

The resort itself was lovely and peaceful. Noise levels were minimal after around 11:30 pm, making it easy to get a great night's sleep while still enjoying the evening entertainment beforehand.

The only reason I'm not giving a full 5 stars is because our room could have benefited from a slightly deeper clean when we first arrived. I don't want this to take away from how hard the housekeeping staff work, because they were absolutely lovely throughout our stay. Our room was cleaned every single day, the beds were made, fresh towels were provided daily, and whenever we happened to be in the room while they were cleaning they were always friendly, polite and smiling. I simply think the rooms would benefit from the occasional deep clean to keep them looking at their absolute best.

One little tip for future guests—the on-site shop is convenient, but some items were three or four times the price of the supermarket just down the hill. It's not a criticism at all, just something worth knowing if you're planning to buy snacks, drinks or any essentials.

Overall, I'd rate our stay 4.5/5. The customer service at this hotel was genuinely exceptional and made our holiday one to remember. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone and will most definitely be returning in the future.

And finally, to Monica—thank you. You may not realise the impact your kindness has on families like ours, but you made us feel valued, welcome and cared for from the moment we arrived until the day we left. You are an absolute star, and we hope the hotel knows just how lucky they are to have you.

We had a fantastic stay and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our holiday. The food was delicious with plenty of choice, and the entertainment was excellent both during the day and in the evenings.

Our room was lovely, spacious, and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a busy day. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help.

A special mention has to go to the entertainment team, who were absolutely amazing! They worked tirelessly from morning until night, encouraging everyone to get involved in the activities and creating such a fun atmosphere. Their energy, enthusiasm, and constant smiles were infectious, and they really made our holiday extra special.

Only thing I would say would be that maybe have separate areas for adult entertainment and kids as the night went on.

We have just returned from 2 weeks at the Broncemar Hotel. This is our 4th visit and we are already planning our next trip. We are a family of 5, with kids ranging from 12-6 years old. The hotel is kept clean to a very high standard, the rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels given each day. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. The Entertainment Team were brilliant, they were energetic, fun and constantly had a smile on their faces. They approached you for a chat but were in no way pushy or overbearing if you didnt want to participate . The evening entertainment for both kids and adults was amazing, they work so hard all day and need to be recognised for all their hard work.
