Designed as a small village, with pedestrian streets, squares and gardens, this hotel complex is located just 300 metres from Caleta de Fuste Beach. Thanks to the location and easy access to public transportation links, this hotel is ideal for a beach holiday and is also a great starting point from which to explore the island. The island's capital of Puerto de Rosario is about 10 km from the hotel and Fuerteventura international airport is 7 km away. Nearby, is Caleta de Fuste, a charming fishing village with a marina and a variety of restaurants, bars and shops.

Stay: 19th–26th August 2026
We had a lovely stay at Broncemar Beach Suites and would definitely recommend it for families.
We arrived just before 1pm, forgetting that check-in wasn’t until 4pm (our mistake!). The reception staff were fantastic, letting us leave our suitcases and take what we needed while we waited. Our room was actually ready by 2pm, so we were pleasantly surprised.
The hotel feels more like a little village than a traditional resort, with low-rise buildings and plenty of space — a really nice change from the high-rise feel of some Canarian resorts.
We had a 2-bedroom apartment (room 265) for our family of five, with a camp bed in the lounge. The biggest downside for us was the lack of air conditioning. August was hot, averaging around 27°C, although the breeze meant opening the windows and doors created a decent airflow. Our bathroom also had an unpleasant onion/drain smell unless the window was open, and the cupboard under the sink had a very strong damp smell.
We were expecting August to be busy, and mealtimes definitely reflected that! The all-inclusive food is fairly standard with limited variety, although breakfast was definitely the highlight with loads of choice. A tip: if you want an omelette, it seems to depend on which chef is working — the lady on our last morning was fantastic!
The main bar can get very busy during peak evening times, particularly when cocktails are being ordered. Top tip: check the sports bar queue instead — it was often much quicker!
The pool is brilliant for children, with something for different ages, and the daytime entertainment was great at getting both kids and adults involved. Evening entertainment follows the usual kids’ disco at 8:30pm, followed by an evening act, although our little one was usually ready for bed by then!
The location is fantastic — around a 10-minute walk to the beach, with loads of lovely restaurants and bars just a couple of minutes away. The airport is also only around 10 minutes away, so you will hear and see planes overhead, but we quickly stopped noticing them.
The only other thing worth mentioning is the sunbed policy. We were told that towels would be removed from unattended sunbeds after 9am, but unfortunately we didn’t see this being enforced (pool picture attached at 9am of our last day) We never struggled to get a sunbed ourselves, but it was frustrating seeing beds reserved for hours with nobody using them.
Overall, Broncemar is a great family-friendly hotel in an excellent location, with a fantastic pool and entertainment team. Despite a few minor negatives, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it to friends and family.

Broncemar 2026
Can I just start by saying Emma and the rest of the Animation team made our whole stay. They were so lovely, always smiling and trying there hardest to get everyone involved. Emma and Mathis went above and beyond to make sure my son, who is very shy, never felt left out. He would always get up and dance with them! Emma brought me out my boring shell and got me taking part in all sorts of activities which I thoroughly enjoyed!
The location is perfect, 10 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from shops and restaurants and 2 minutes from the Market on a Tuesday and Saturday!
The cleaners did a fantastic job, our room was clean with fresh towels and bedding every other day and you could see them around the hotel constantly cleaning the public areas.
Food was very good. Perfect if you like fish but as someone that doesn’t I felt a bit limited. There’s always something for everyone either way a good variety. Breakfast was the highlight, and the hash browns are to die for!! The only down side was the all inclusive buffet food was never great (the option to make toasties is good) but the rest was never warm, never labeled and we started to think it was just the stuff they had left from breakfast. Cause of this we had lunch in the restaurant.
Drinks are good, beer on draft is Amstel. Cocktail choices are limited unless you pay €3 to upgrade. The bar staff are pleasent but with only having 1 que to the bar it did get long and there was a bit of a wait. There was a bar in the games room but wasn’t always a member of staff later on in the evening.
Entertainment was great. Always something on during the day for the kids (and adults) to do. Kids club next to the pool and open for kids to take themselves in if they like. Evening was just a good, we saw a big variety of different shows during our 11 days there! The show the Animation team put on themselves is brilliant and was a perfect way to end our holiday!
Rooms are good size but no air con, you can ask for fans from reception or pay to rent an aircon unit. We didn’t find it too hot over night but it was hot during the day but we just sat out on our terrace.
One negative was I found the reception staff quite rude (apart from a lady with short blonde hair). None of the others seemed interested. We asked for towels on our last day to dry after the pool as cases were in the luggage room which we were told was not possible yet some friends that left a couple of days before were aloud. Maybe that just needs clarifying!
Overall we had a fantastic stay and did not want to come! We definitely will be back next year!

Emma is amazing
Just home from the Broncemar and I really enjoyed it as did my sister and my 8 year old son, the hotel is located close to everything only a short walk to the beach and shops. The atmosphere was brilliant and that was down to the entertainment team, especially the beautiful Emma she was an absolute gem, she got everyone involved and her interactions with both children and the adults were second to none, everyone got to know eachother and had the craic. The rooms were clean and spacious and cleaned every 2 days, only ine thing id have likes was a freezer compartment, but that's only a minor detail, we had a ceiling fan in the bed room and another plug in fan in living room both done the job 😀 to me we got a deal wen we paid and we have looked into same time next year and the price has gone way up, around the pools and toilets and entertainment areas were all clean and kept clean. I didn't find any noise really after 11pm as bars were closed and everyone kinda headed back to there rooms. Some of the staff were absolutely amazing were some others hardly spoke to u maybe its the language barrier which I accept, but as I mentioned before it's the entertainment team that made my holiday especially the beautiful EMMA she is a credit to the hotel and she is such a natural with both the kids and the adults. The place wouldn't be the same without her.

Broncemar Hotel – Not the 4-Star Experience We Expected
I’ve stayed in many 4-star hotels over the years, and unfortunately the Broncemar Hotel did not come close to the standard I would expect from a genuine 4-star property.
The biggest concern was food hygiene. We witnessed staff touching food with their bare hands, which is simply unacceptable. Food should be handled with the proper utensils and hygiene procedures. This was by far the most concerning aspect of our stay.
The rooms were also not cleaned regularly enough. Bed sheets made once for the entire time and nothing else. To be fair, the hotel itself was generally clean, and the staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Some of the entertainment was also very good and enjoyable.
However, there were several other issues. Communal sinks were not working, there were no hand dryers, a pack of baby wipes were placed in the bathroom. The internet was poor, and they did not have an iron. This is something that could be shared among the guests.
The all-inclusive package was also misleading. We were charged €3 for cocktails, despite this not being clearly stated when the package was sold to us. If certain drinks are not included, this should be made clear at the time of booking.
Having stayed in many 4-star hotels all over the world, I can honestly say that Broncemar does not feel like a 4-star experience. There were some positives, particularly the friendly staff and entertainment, but the hygiene concerns, room cleaning, facilities and all-inclusive restrictions were disappointing.
The food hygiene issue alone is something the hotel needs to take very seriously. Touching food with bare hands is a no-no and completely undermined our confidence in the standard of food preparation.
Amazing Holiday!
Had an amazing family holiday at the Broncemar Hotel Fuerteventura in August. The staff were friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble! The entertainment team were totally dedicated to ensuring we all had fun. Thanks to Emma van Loon is an absolute star, always smiling, full of energy and brilliant at getting everyone involved in all activities. Her genuine warmth and sincerity shines through and made our holiday so special. I feel like we have made a friend for life. We will definitely be back. Thanks to Emma Luigi and all the team, and the Broncemar Hotel!
