well mixed views on arrival super reception staff no check in until 4 pm surely not !! get refreshed in disabled toilet ?? plus there was luggage room x once 4 pm room allocated 167 near pool hmm not bad No aircon , patio doors bolt only , tv x 5 stations , plenty kitchen gadgets we were self catering x beds changed once what in the name of!!! never experienced this is a 4 star , room cleaned quick lick , we observed time cleaner spent in room as we had a lounger nearby , bin under sink no lid , huge cockroaches both in kitchen and bathroom , ants galore in lounge yuck , huge bed setee in lounge badly stained . outside patio never brushed , no supervision at quiet pool kids galore diving water guns , in the whirlpool, my oh my carnage parents please supervise kids while your supping pints in bar , accidents do happen . We did like set up of shop to get our water and location of hotel but you need air con or less noisy fans x Cleaners need to clean and come on bed change at least twice week please x Would we return hmmm unsure!

Just got back from week here and had a mostly amazing time.Emma in entertainment team was excellent and kept my husband busy doing different activities she even changed last day so they could carry on with different activities. She is also so chatty and interested in everyone she is a credit to your team. On the down side the food could have been better very much of a much ness especially at night a few people who had been here before said not as good as used to be

Have the standard slipped? We’ve just returned from our 7th visit to the Broncemar Beach Suites, and unfortunately, I feel the standards have definitely slipped. Rooms and cleanliness There was no hand dryer or soap in the ladies’ toilets, and most of the time there were no paper towels either. Only two of the four taps were working. We had a few cockroaches in our room, and there were quite a few squashed ones lying around outside. However, this may have been more to do with the weather. The cleaners came in every day, although you never knew when they would arrive, and I didn’t find the cleaning as thorough this time. The bed linen was changed at least twice, and they also left us two clean bedsheets so we could change the beds ourselves. The patio and room entrance area were never mopped. I presume they were swept but didn't witness it so I can’t say for certain. The ceiling above our shower was awful, stained and falling to bits. This definitely needs attention, along with better ventilation. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms are noisy, and this has been the case in every room we’ve stayed in. However, extra fans are available from reception free of charge. In my opinion, the better rooms are the upstairs ones. Pool area and public spaces There are lots of broken tiles around the pool area, and you could easily cut your feet on them. Beds are placed over some of the damaged areas, but people move them around, so this doesn’t really solve the problem. The chairs outside the bar also need replacing. They are falling to bits and extremely uncomfortable, leaving ridges in your back! The overall appearance of the complex needs attention, too. Even the chairs at the main entrance look tired and in need of replacement. Food and drink The food is okay on some nights. If you like pork, you’ll love it, as apart from breakfast, it seems to be on the menu every day! Breakfasts are good, and Chinese night is great. You can always find something to eat, even if it’s just chips. The salads are lovely, but after the first week, it all becomes a bit repetitive, as it does with most all-inclusive holidays. Staff The staff in the bar and restaurant are very good. It amazes me how they remember you from previous visits, but they do, which is lovely. The girls on reception are great and will go out of their way to help you. Unfortunately, one gentleman on reception was very surly and seemed to say no to everything, which was disappointing. Overall opinion In my opinion, this is definitely not a four-star property. Jet2 rates it as 3.5 stars, but based on our experience this time, I think it is hard pushed to deserve even three stars in its current condition. That said, it is a very friendly place, and we have made some lovely friends but perhaps its its time for pastures new
