This magnificent hotel is beautifully nestled in the district of Antigua, just by Caleta de Fuste beach. The wonderful local harbour as well as shopping options, restaurants and bars can be easily reached on foot. Guests will be able to find convenient public transport links approximately 300 metres from the hotel. The airport is around 7 km away and the capital of the island, Puerto de Rosario, is 12 km from the hotel. This is a perfect location to spend a sunny holiday by the sea.

Hotel and brazilian restaurant
The hotel is well.locayef next to the beach and it's quite a laid back resort which nice. Everything is accessible as very flat, even for the less mobile. A big thanks to Fatima, Nicol, Evlen and Sebastian at the In house Brazilian restaurant for a lovely meal and great service

Barcelo hotel
Great family place, windy but comfortably hot in the sun. Staff are great!
Stunning
The hotel was very clean and impressive. Nothing was too much for any member of staff we spoke to. Food was good, Mexican restaurant was amazing. Pool area had plenty of sun beds with or without parasols and maintained throughout the day. Pools were ideal for all staying at the hotel
Amazing hotel, facilities and fantastic staff
Well what can I say other than 3rd visit and still amazing, first two with hubby, this one solo as he was stuck at work. The fantastic staff are what make this hotel as they truely welcome you with open arms and always a smile on their faces.... shout out to all in the Breeze Bar and premium restaurant you are a credit to this hotel. Can't wait to join you again soon. Thank you for more wonderful memories Jakki x

Barcelo fuertaventura mar
Stopped at the Fuert Barcelo Mar one again for a week , as usual the staff work incredibly hard to make sure your stay is top class … down side the Brits with sunbeds at 7am - and earlier then don’t appear till 3 pm etc ( and yes it’s us Brits that are doing this! Sorry but true ) … but the staff and the hotel work hard in general to give you what you want with an all inclusive …. Yes the entertainment is a bit “ samey “ but that doesn’t detract from the service and ambience - a special shout out to the Brazilian and Mexican restaurants - superb ! Served by Fatima Stacey ?amqvay? led by Sebastian on the Brazilian - attentive and fun and on the ball ! - great service all round at the bars , hard working staff - with a smile and always a happy fun experience overall despite them working flat out - thank you - we will be back - you did your self proud Barcelo !
