For example, take a look at the stunning pool and just imagine yourself there with a cool drink in hand watching the world go by as the palm trees flutter in the breeze...

Just returned from a weeks stay at this hotel. It was overall ok, but probably would not return for the price we paid would have preferred to go elsewhere.
ROOMS There is no air con on the rooms which we thought was going to be a big problem when it is 28 degrees but it surprisingly wasn’t a problem for us. We had a ground floor room so we just kept the windows and back door open. The rooms are dated, there is a lot of dirty / broken tiles and a lot of little pests on the kitchen work tops and floor which get everywhere. We had to wash all of our clothes even outfits we didn’t wear because those pests went everywhere. The rooms are in need of a big renovation.
We had next to NO service in our room which was frustrating because you had to keep on moving around to find somewhere to get signal. You can only get Wi-Fi from the reception.
Towels are changed on a Monday, Wednesday & Friday.
POOL / BAR Lovely big pool with inflatable allowed, sunbeds are unlocked at around 9:30 every morning then the pool opens at 10.
The bar is very generous. They do not have limits on amounts of drinks per person and will give you a lot of alcohol.
FOOD Food was ok just like any normal all inclusive hotel, some food was crap and others was good but we mostly get out every night because my god daughter had an allergic reaction to the strawberry yogurt at breakfast causing a rash on her face.
There was a few flys around landing on the food.
STAFF Staff are really lovely and helpful. The maid would knock before she comes in and asks if we need any cleaning done. They would mop the floors, clean the bathroom, empty the bin and change the bedding. The reception staff are also so friendly, we would often go out to town which is about €4 in a taxi and the team would book us a taxi.
Iker the animation guy is great, my god daughter is now saying woo-hoo every two minutes.
LOCATION
Quite remote, not much around. We spent majority of the days going into town which is only a 10 min drive if that! It did get quite costly when you are a family of 5 and there isn’t a lot of big taxi’s which are available so often had to split up in 2 taxi’s.
The hotel communal areas are really good, especially the pool area. Food in the hotel is decent and we can't fault the staff who are all polite and helpful. As expected the rooms are ok but very basic, they are a bit tired and could do with a refurbishment. The main problem is there is not many bars/restaurants in the surrounding area, you need to get a taxi into town which is good value at less then €5.
We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Elba Lucia. The staff were so lovely and looked after everyone well, every interaction they were courteous and smiling. The hotel is a good 40 minute walk into Caleta De Fuste which is a slight downfall, but a taxi is only €5 each way and a free shuttle bus runs in the morning. We didn’t eat at the hotel as the selection in town is brilliant and we were happy to go in each night. The pool area is amazing and there was always plenty of beds, the pool was never crowded. We had a room overlooking the pool, it was clean and comfortable but no air-con and it was a very warm week, but you can rent a fan for €15 for the week. Thank you for a wonderful stay at Elba Lucia.
Location isn't too bad its feels like being around a few building sites and very derelict, access to the beach is about 20 minutes you have to get a taxi for around 4 euros to the shopping centre and then about a 10 minute walk from there. Hotel dated no air conditioning ants in the room and you have to hire a toaster, iron and board if required. Fans are available to hire from the hotel supermarket for 15 euros weekly but they are not great we had a floor standing one and it had so much dust and dirt on it you couldn't feel the air blowing. Pool time was a complete nightmare as you had people reserving their spot every morning so we headed to the beach most days as the time we had breakfast there wasn't anything left for space. The evening entertainment finished early causing people to hang out by the pool table by the pool bar until early hours causing alot of noise. The food is ok and the restaurant staff were amazing always accommodating and friendly. I dont think we will return here due to our experience
I am not a Karen this is the full truth. Worse hotel I have stayed in. three times to this island, been Morocco once all Canary Islands at least 15 times in total France once , Portugal twice . Italy twice. Over the last 12 years I love this island such a beautiful place where me and the wife got married. Now back to this so called 3 star hotel moroccos 2 star hotel was a 1000 times better than this 3 star hotel. Food I would give to my dog. Pool if you want a sun bed then you are better be willing to fight for it and then you might fall though them. Yes fall though them. Another family’s child as 90% are broken. The sports area well that’s a load of rubbish too. Nets hanging in the floor football playing are is holey. England roads are in better shape. The area is a massive mess the rendering that should last a least 25 years is falling off the wall. Broken tile's, rubbish bins around the hotel next to the room over flowing with the same rubbish for almost a week. Son banged his head no first aid kit on site. The hob only one ring worked . 3 plates for 4 people. Spoke to the receptionist did not care. Hotels near be not been finished and not being worked on just a eye saw. The photos you see online does not show the true reflection of the hotel. Cables not connected for light just left kids play area looks so poor. Sockets hanging off the wall. Burn makes to the fuseboard. Shocking standards. I wish I stayed in the 2 star hotel that I stayed in last year was so much better than this.. if you want a good family holiday don’t stay here. If you like a clean room don’t stay here. If you want a safe place for your kids don’t stay here. We went out every night milo sun food was bang on there the pizza place was amazing the shop keeper 5/6 min drive did not want my kids wasting money the island is bang on this hotel is a 1 star hotel. Trust me if you want a place that’s amazing stay in the other side of the island. That’s where I will be staying next time and I will Travel back to Milo’s sun bang on amazing my kids loved it they want to go there again but not this hotel I am reviewing.
