The hotel complex is lovely, very clean and friendly staff. We had frontal sea view room, lovely view and a wraparound balcony. Room itself if quite small but we were ok once we worked out where to put things. The website states for these superior rooms you get Xtras to help your stay, I couldn’t see any so enquired about a bathrobe, the receptionist said these were €30 each, I asked what were the Xtras we paid for, the view and the kettle, a tea tray with 3 teabags, 2 coffee sachets and 2 sugar sachets. I can’t believe in a 4* hotel how a basic kettle and tea tray is extra. I did get a bathrobe and they didn’t charge me.

We were AI and this part let it down for considering how much we paid, no water at all provided in the room, this is very unusual in my experience of other 4* hotels. Very confusing over the drinks included, it wasn’t just premium brands that weren’t included. The buffet is section is deceiving, both ends of the main food is the same food duplicated, in the middle 2 meat and 2 fish freshly cooked. Good selection of salads, not a large selection of sweets as same again duplicated on 2 sides. Quality of freshly cooked meat a bit poor, fish was ok. They did have a different carved meat each night which was ok. Freshly cooked omelettes at breakfast were nice and don’t worry if there seems a long queue, the girl was super fast at getting through the orders. If you wanted actual toast rather than stale bread for breakfast use the toaster on the left.

The entertainment is very good and the service at the bars was very quick.

We did enjoy the time there but don’t think we will be returning.

Stopped for a week on all inclusive in a side sea view room , Paid through Melia at €300 a night , No issues with sunbeds or the staff and hotel grounds are lovely, Food and drink is a different story . Drinks - Cruzcampo on draught was great but asking for a cocktail of the day was a charge yet Absolut vodka was included in all inclusive, No frozen Cocktails included in all inclusive unless you upgraded again ( laughable) . Food - Unable to use the pool snack bar for food , you get sent upstairs to the naughty room with less choice , Breakfast was decent but evening meals were Pork or chicken. Paying €300 a night we expected more variety of food and drinks and won’t be coming back again , Melia offer a lot but don’t deliver in key areas , Off to the RUI next time and €600 cheaper for a weeks stay .
