Was ok but not great
The location was great. Hotel could use a bit of a make over, sun loungers had cracks in them and I could see some were bolted together, rooms were very dated, I did find a couple staff members quite rude. Ones who helped in the restaurant area and some guests as well, you’d hold a door open and not even get a look in your direction or even a thank you, bar men were great, animation team were fantastic especially Krisi, the lifeguard was also very helpful and friendly, the food was ok. The atmosphere was good and in a prime location. I had no issue with the noise level, cleaning staff were lovely and always cleaned our room.
