Fantastic hotel with amazing staff
Just back from a 5 day stay at this lovely charming hotel with the best staff. Came as a couple to switch off and relax, this hotel was perfect. Very chilled and relaxed atmosphere with everything we needed and more.
Room was perfect for what we needed, spacious and clean. Location was great too with everything in walking distance or an easy bus ride away. We walked into the centre of Torremolinos but also went on the bus which is super easy and cheap to use. Most nights we had dinner in one of the lovely restaurants near the beach but had dinner at the hotel too. Food and drinks at the hotel were great especially happy hour, this was a nice little extra each night. We had breakfast each day too lovely fresh selection.
We have already booked to come back next year. The staff really do make this hotel that extra special, every person we encountered were lovely big shout out to the bar staff they were excellent.
Met some lovely people too everyone was so friendly overall a lovely hotel in a great part of Torremolinos we can't wait to come back.

Wonderful Hospitality
Wonderfully hospitable staff, and we had the best time! Over our five-day stay, Beatrix was an absolute delight: warm, welcoming, charming, and always happy to go the extra mile to make us feel at home. We’ll definitely be back, and we’re already looking forward to seeing everyone again!
Wonderful hotel Fantastic people
We have just returned from a great seven night stay at Los Arcos. I can only start by saying how wonderful and amazing all the staff were. Especially Beatrix, Gabriel,Susana,Julian and Ibraim. Everyone were always bright and cheerful. They were always helpful and friendly and happy to see us. The hotel is perfect. The beach, is only 5 to 10 minutes away (depending how fast you walk) The pool area is well kept and really relaxing. The bar and lounge area has a lovely traditional Spanish vibe. The breakfast is very good. Plenty of different food options, something for everyone. Our room 111, was large with a large terrace, it was cleaned daily. Overall, we had a great holiday. We will definitely be returning soon ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Great Return Visit
We have been to this hotel for many years and have just returned after 18 months away. I must say we got a fabulous welcome back 😊 thank you Sergio and your team you are all a credit to this hotel. All the staff albeit some have changed are exceptionally friendly and very accommodating and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast something for everyone and bar snacks are very good and reasonably priced, rooms and all hotel areas are spotless will definitely return next year
