Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Went for 20th wedding anniversary and it was magical. The staff are incredible and so happy. We didn’t want for anything.
Very friendly and attentive staff, always willing to help. We really enjoyed our experience.
The best staff , service, 10/10 everything
Have stayed here a few times before. The staff are amazing and the rooms are luxurious and have everything you might possibly need. The plaza during the day to early evening is a classy affair with a lot of beautiful people ( me obviously included LOL) but as the night progresses it can become a bit of a meat market if you know what I mean!. There are a number of dining and bar options in the complex. All are high end and expensive. Some are worth the expense others like Lena in particular are not. Ridiculously small circular tables, a limited very average menu and an extortionately priced wine menu. The minimum price for a very less than average bottle of wine seemed to start from 80 euros upwards. Very average forgettable meal for 2 was a 500 + euro experience. ….ouch! . The only saving grace at Lena were the reception staff who were very welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately that’s not really enough for me to want to return anytime soon. However going back to the hotel very much recommend along with the Nobu restaurant as well which is a different class.
Unfortunately, it was a bad experience I didn't get my room until 4:45 PM, even though I had sent them my expected arrival time but no one cared.
The hotel is not suitable for families; loud singing and music continue until 3:00 AM, making it impossible for anyone to sleep.
