Just a few meters from the beaches of the famous Mediterranean Sea, this hotel is located in Fuengirola, Spain. The airport is just about 20 minutes’ car ride away from the complex. There are plenty of options to choose what to do such as spending a lovely evening at the beach to relax and sunbathe or exploring the nearby cities. The complex is close to nice restaurants and bars perfect for a lovely dinner in couple or family. The outdoor pool area is a wonderful place where to spend a sunny day relaxing and sunbathing. The restaurant offers food options for every type of traveller and taste. The bright and spacious rooms with all the essential amenities will make each guest feel comfortable and have the best experience.

A great family holiday destination
My daughter and I have just returned from a week's stay at the Globales Gardenia. We had a wonderful time enjoying the spacious room, beautiful garden and pool areas and the kindness from all staff. We really enjoyed joining in with the many daily activities run by the amazing Animation team who went above and beyond to include all guests and to make us feel so welcome. Their cabaret acts were also a delight!
Good Gardenia!
Globales hotels have a business model that seems to work well to an extent that its hotels are busy and generally speaking tick a number of boxes that suit most holiday makers.
- Comfortable rooms.
- Clean and well maintained facilities.
- Staff who seem happy in their work and positively engage with their customers.
- A favourable location with the beach very close to the hotel.
We enjoyed our stay here, yes the food can be repetitive but they have to cater for different nationals and that must be challenging. The restaurant staff are absolutely brilliant and are a credit to the hotel. Restaurant manager Pablo is an absolute legend. A thoroughly decent gentleman. Hotel reception staff, cleaners, bar staff etc all helpful when called upon.
As other reviews have mentioned, room furnishings are a little tired but functional. Pool area is popular and there's always enough sun loungers for everyone. We loved the garden area and the parakeets! Thank you to the Gardenia team for making our family holiday an enjoyable one.

The honest truth above Globales Gardenia
The Upmost Honesty on the Globales Gardenia from 4.7.26 to 13.7.26 Beds are very comfortable Rooms with sea views spectacular Plenty of sunbeds - all new Great location. Downside Rooms outdated looks like a room from the 1920's, badly needs updating. No fridge in the rooms but looks like there was one there a long time ago. It costs 53 euros to have a fridge in your room!!! No kettle but again looks like there could have been one years ago. Rice, chicken pork all undercooked let alone on the menu each and every day - food is very very repetitive undercooked and cold. During our stay there everybody was complaining on how bad the food was. I told the Jet2 Rep and all she said was tell the manager!!! I asked the Rep to intervene but couldn't see any improvement in the food, in fact it got worse. I am just grateful that my family did not join me on this holiday because the food was terrible and cold. Even the lady making the eggs every morning couldn't cook the eggsproperly especially the ham and cheese omelettes. This food was disgusting worse than anyway that we have been over the past 44 years. You could tell in the restuarant that people were leaving heaps of food. This hotel chef needs training on how to properly cook food !!!! The acholic drinks too were watered down. You could tell a difference if you went for a drink outside the Hotel. All the above is the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth. Shame on Jet2 for not sorting this matter out to a satisfactory level. Thank you for your time.
Needs a refurb
The staff are very helpful, but the hotel is tired in need of a refurb. Only one plug in room, so if you hired a fridge it was plugged in there. Other things you hire are hairdryer, and kettle. So you are mugged at the door. You are not supposed to hang clothes on the balcony but can get a string and pegs from reception. Food repetitive pork, chicken one day chicken, pork the next. The odd burger thrown in, mostly cold we used the microwave daily. All the cleaners do a good job keeping on top of everything. No rose wine you have to pay for that if all inclusive, but red and white ok. Evening entertainment so,so if you stay for two weeks, some of the shows are the same. Bus stop just outside the main entrance, so easy to travel only 1.20 each trip. Had a good two weeks holiday, would stay again when it is refurbished.

Great hotel
We have been coming back to this hotel for over ten years . The hotel is very clean . Rooms are cleaned daily. Food is great loads of choices. Drinkers fine entertainment ok . The staff are great and subbed are plentiful. With a buetiful garden area that is kept immaculate. We will be back again soon .
