We arrived at H10 Estepona and the staff were so helpful especially Rocio and Lajos.
This was a 4 night stay for me and my Sister to relax. The Hotel is stunning our room was large with air con and a lovely ceiling fan. Food and drinks were great. We stayed all inclusive and found it value for money. Pool area was kept very clean. Would definitely return.
A spacious hotel right on the beach. We had a Junior suite with sea view, which was kept to a high standard of cleanliness by the staff, We do not go to ‘All inclusive’ hotels usually and was sceptical about the standard of food, but the food was probably the best we have in a hotel. Lots of fresh food with fish and meat cooked to order. Daytime entertainment for children and excellent evening entertainment starting at 9pm. 20 minute walk to the harbour and 10 euro taxi ride to Estapona town, which is filled with flowers. Apart from the esplanade walk by the beach there is nothing else to see in either direction however.
We stayed at the H10 Estepona Palace from 3–15 July on a half‑board basis in a superior room and had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday. The room was spacious, well decorated, with a good‑sized balcony and a pleasant side sea view. What really made our stay, however, was the staff—every one of them was warm, friendly, and genuinely committed to making our visit memorable. Housekeeping kept the room spotless with fresh towels and daily cleaning.
Room
Clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. The air‑conditioning worked very well, the room was a generous size, and there were plenty of plug sockets that accept UK plugs without an adaptor. Towels were changed daily and the room was always well maintained.
Staff
All the staff were lovely and extremely helpful. They consistently went out of their way to ensure guests had an enjoyable stay.
Food
The restaurant operates buffet style and includes an in‑house bakery producing fresh croissants, Danish pastries and more. Breakfast offers made‑to‑order omelettes or fried eggs, along with cereals, fruit and cold meats. Evening meals had a wide variety of quality dishes, with stations cooking meats (chicken, pork, lamb) and fish to order. Everything was well prepared and the restaurant staff were excellent.
Facilities
A fresh‑water pool with plenty of sunbeds, plus steps leading down to the beach where more sunbeds are available. The only thing to note is that the sea is surprisingly cold!
Travel
We took an overnight trip to Gibraltar using the M‑240 bus. The stop is just 100m from the hotel—turn right out of the entrance and it’s in front of the local police station. The fare to La Línnea was €5.86 and the journey took around 90 minutes. From there, it’s a short 200m walk to the border (with customs due to be removed on Friday 17 July).
This is such a wonderful hotel, this is our second visit and will most definitely be returning again & again, all staff so friendly, reception staff most helpful , they are busy all day and always have a smile and lovely greeting for you nothing to fault with this hotel We stayed in a privilege room on the fourth floor and our room was fabulous , our big bed faced the ocean , what a way to start the day by waking up to see the beautiful med in front of us, Buffet always a wonderful selection of fresh foods, privilege lounge is a delight, love the privilege breakfast at the Thalassa restaurant,, such a lovely relaxing chilled breakfast that was so good every morning & lovely waiting staff will always book privilege again , well worth the extra I think So looking forward to returning, this hotel does not disappoint in any aspect 10 out of 10 from us ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Fantastic hotel. Pool lovely as were the staff. Minor moans are not enough hangers in wardrobe and only teabags in the room no coffee sachets. No biggy though as my husband is the coffee drinker 😁
