Massage was amazing ❤️
Hotel pool area's are immaculate. Hotel in general was very good and its not too far from the beach. Downhill to get there and uphill for about 5 minutes to get back. Bar snd restaurant is well laid out and food is good. €11 for breakfast and €15 pp for dinner. Staff very helpful and friendly 😊 I had a massage and its highly recommended. It was definitely one of the best and something I needed to help relax 😌 €60 for 60 minutes and I could guarantee, its worth every penny ❤️.
Mixed experience
Stayed for a week from 9th October, weather fabulous, always helps. Room on third floor overlooking the pool, happy with room position. Paintwork scuffed and needs touching up. Towels very threadbare. Great, powerful shower. Stayed B&B and unfortunately had a problem with the fresh bread section, no cloths provided for holding the bread while cutting it. Got sick of watching so many people handle it with their bare hands. I got in the habit of putting a pile of napkins there and never touched a loaf that had been cut already. One morning I watched a member of staff handling all the bread with her bare hands, drop the knife on the floor and put it back on the board. We got eye contact so she knew I had seen her. I emailed the management with my concerns and received a reply that they would investigate the knife incident but they don’t have cloths for the bread as consider paper napkins more hygienic. This would be perfectly acceptable if they put napkins at the bread section. Even after my complaint this didn’t change. Made me concerned about food hygiene behind the scenes. This hotel has big group bookings, French senior citizens while we were there, coach parties. All at breakfast early, making it quite unpleasant to eat at this time. Majority of tables filled before 8:00 and ridiculous queues for coffee, 12 deep easily. Waiting while cups and bowls were filled with drinks. We booked a package holiday for a good price, room was decent, loved Bonanza square in the evenings, so easy to walk to from the hotel. Easy enough to walk to the seafront and marina, the walk back was no issue for us up the small hill. In summary, if it wasn’t for the breakfast experience, this would easily be a four star review and a hotel we would look to return to.
Nice stay,
My wife and I stayed 5 nights. The location was great. Hill up to hotel not too bad . Room was nice with shower gel and shampoo. We did room only as we enjoy eating out . The one thing that did annoy me was not being able to get a percolated coffee first thing in the morning. Full breakfast or nothing. I don’t eat breakfast, but like to sit outside and have a coffee.Asked reception and they said no . There bar and cafe opened at 10.30 .

San Fermin hotel
The hotel staff are very attentive and friendly. The hotel has enjoyed a recent refurbishment and the rooms excellent! The hotel location is close to the beach and promenade and outdoor pool very clean with ample grassy sunbathing area. I had a onsite excellent very relaxing massage.
Lovely hotel
This hotel is lovely. Staff on reception are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and well kept Only downfall is that it is at the top of a steep hill.
