Location was up a very steep hill which was not easy in hot weather. Only one lift operated during stay, on arrival days no more than 3 to 4 people could access. We were located on top 7th floor and had to wait forever. The food was varied but was always warm, never hot. The dining area was overrun with kids screaming and running around picking at food , so noisy and poor parenting.. English tv chanels went off on both occasions that England were playing and worked ok after?? Rooms were clean and comfy, no tea/coffee facilities. If you value reasonable quiet and not a free for all in restaurants then stay away from this hotel
Lovely hotel in Benalmadena where we enjoyed seven nights on a family holiday. Two large pools and we never had an issue getting a sun bed. Evening entertainment varied and enjoyable. Good selection of food at meal times, especially for the fish eaters. Happy to recommend.
We stood in this hotel for 11 nights and we overall enjoyed what it offered. Food was good and varied, you can find your usual nuggets and chips (for the real eaters), and other food like seafood. I really like fish and they had a fair variety of it. Clean hotel, staff was all very helpful and patient. Entertainment was on point, we had magic, circus, Brazil dance, the usual kids disco, and more. The pools are a good size and the beach is 10 min walking. Coming back to the hotel is a venture because it sits on a hill so be aware of that. Some items could be fixed/modernised (sunbeds, bedroom showers, doors squeaking) but that didn't stop us from enjoying our stay. Marina is lovely and lively. There is an abundance of pubs and "supermarkets" selling overpriced umbrellas and beachwear around but if that's your thing, this is it. If you keep in mind that you're going to stay at a 3* hotel, then you won't be disappointed. Thank you Bali
Genuinely a really good hotel the entertainment is amazing everything about this place is good one thing that the hotel should work on is food and bedrooms my room had a few holes but the rest was perfect the atmosphere the games the opportunity the hotel have people to socialise was perfect I would stay here again best shout pablo and cappuccino? For providing me and my mum the best holiday possible I was never bored because of these 2
Don't be put off by some of the negative reviews – we had a really lovely family holiday here.
It's important to remember that this is a 3-star hotel, and if you go with realistic expectations, it's great value for money. The rooms, reception, and restaurant were all spotless and very well maintained. The bathrooms are a little dated, but they were always clean, which is much more important to us.
The pool areas were lovely and never felt overcrowded, although the sunbeds could definitely do with being replaced as many are looking quite worn.
A special mention to the entertainment team, who worked incredibly hard every day and did a fantastic job keeping everyone entertained. Their enthusiasm really added to the holiday.
The food was good. Yes, it can be a little repetitive over the course of the week, but there was always plenty of choice, and even our very fussy family always found something they enjoyed at every meal.
The walk back to the hotel is up a fairly steep hill, but it's only a short one, so we didn't find it to be a problem.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and wouldn't hesitate to return. If you're expecting a luxury 5-star experience, this probably isn't the place for you. But if you're looking for a clean, friendly hotel with good food, hardworking staff, and a great base for a holiday, then we'd definitely recommend it.
