Lovely relaxing holiday.
Lovely hotel in a great location with friendly staff. The food is very good and the hotel is very clean. The rooms are comfortable and quite spacious. We have visited on numerous occasions and have never been disappointed.

4 hour wait to check in
Stayed 11/10/26 -15/10/26. Weather was brilliant. Breakfast food was a good selection. Check out the spar with steam room and plunge pool, you need to book a slot to use it though its free. Bad bits - Our room was not ready for four hours when checking in. This was a big let down and not acceptable to be honest..no apolgies from reception staff, wasnt only just x2 rooms of our group either, they said same to a couple checking in before us in the queue. Take mosquito repellant or plug in coil as some of our group members where bitten badly and the bites became jnfected. Only thin top sheets on the beds also.

Great location but restaurant food and service could be improved
Great location but restaurant buffet didn’t cater for vegetarians and waiter service not what we’d expect from a 4 star hotel.

Lovely week spent here with family. Great service from staff, lovely and quiet, clean, nice rooms. The food was excellent and the entertainment was great. Reception staff were so helpful and pool, bar and restaurant staff all so friendly. Can't fault it. I also had a superb massage from Raquel at the spa - highly recommend! Only feedback is please stop smoking at the snack bar as per website - I did speak to staff who took this on board. We will be back!
