First and last time. Paid over 4 thousand pounds for me my husband and 7yr old granddaughter for a week.Which by the way I really don't mind paying if its decent value but this was not. Food and drink were awful especially the meats. All felt like budget supermarkets budget brands. Had steak one night was tough and gristly. Pork the next night was the same. Spoke with a couple who said they wouldn't give it to a dog. Getting a decent coffee or juice in the morning was not possible. Spirits, beer and cocktails all poor quality. Im not expecting freshly squeezed and I understand making individual cocktails would not be feasible but surely they could up the quality slightly. Was in salou at easter and food was excellent in our hotel so it can be done. Basically if you wanted anything half decent you had to pay extra even though we were all inclusive. Sunbeds impossible to get at the splash pool unless you were one of the clowns that queued up at crack of dawn to throw a towel down then bugger of for hours at a time. Obviously we couldn't leave our 7yr old alone so had to take one of the cabana beds which they then charged you 20 euro for. Ok charge but 20 euro? Really? Pure greed. No kids allowed in adults pools (rightly so) but lots of couples and groups of adults without kids around the splash pool so good luck getting a bed where you can supervise your child. Smacked very much of cram them in and get as much out of them as you can. On the upside the staff on the whole were really nice and worked very hard.

Great hitel
Excellent hotel. Food great lots of variety. Entertainment team very friendly especially Chus yeah! Lots to join in. Highly recommend
Lovely holiday but a few things to mention
We had a great time at this hotel but there were a few things that we feel could be improved. Firstly, the all inclusive benefits are definitely not as good as previous hotels what we have stayed in. As previous reviews have mentioned there is a token system so you can get a cup for around the pool for drinks. There are only certain drinks available and an ice cream machine, no ice lollies included. The ice cream wasn’t overly nice from it either which is a shame. I have to mention too that during our stay both of these machines broke on a few occasions… annoying! The hotel only gives you one bottle of water on arrival and then no more. Same with the tea, coffee and milk pots in the room, once the two sachets/pots are used they can only be replaced for money. Seems a bit stingy for all inclusive… especially for how much we paid for all inclusive!
The hotel is right on the coastline with beautiful views and a small beach nearby. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the nearest restaurants and shops, which isn’t too bad. The decor of the hotel its self is also very nice, clean and modern. The rooms are basic but provide what you need. We were lucky to have a fabulous view!
The pool areas are very good! There are two pools for kids, one with 3 tube slides (I have to mention that I would say these are for the age of 3 and above, and probably not suitable for littler ones). This pool was also much colder than the other pool which put off our little boy a bit. There is also rule (the lifeguards are very on top of this too and will tell you off!) that you cannot take food away from the snack bar and eat it on your sun bed. You have to eat it on the tables provided.
The food is also very nice despite recent reviews that we read. It can get a bit ‘samey’ but we always found something to eat. The themed nights were good. However unfortunately on one evening we had an undercooked piece of chicken. We told a waitress who then reported it to the chef. This shouldn’t happen in a 4* hotel!
Entertainment team were great too and full of energy! Can’t comment much on this however as we are the sort of family to stay out of the way of this, haha!
Overall we had a lovely holiday but there were a few niggles and certain things we feel should be included for the price you pay.

Good hotel but room for improvement
This hotel is okay mainly for adults very clean ,food good variety and plenty of choices, friendly and helpful staff but if you have toddlers or small children there is not a children's buffet no fish fingers and only saw chicken nuggets once but felt they were mushy no sign of chicken, the pools were good but again nothing really suitable for toddlers the splash pool had three slides age from 4 up the shallow bit was ok but at certain times bigger children were running around,no separate shallow pol for toddlers let down last couple days when a Spanish party of 50 were roudy and smoking and stebing there cig butts out round splash pool and one member was spiting I did have a word with him as this was totally unacceptable round children's pool and adults using the slides. Complained life guards who had a word but never saw the watching or checking splash pool again complained at reception and said they knew about the Spanish party . Well that said we did enjoy the hotel etc but personally will not return

Best stay ever!!!!
Had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The room was spacious and spotless. The view was incredible and the staff were all so lovely and friendly. The quiet end of the pool was more like a 5 star resort and the buffet and food was fantastic! Would definitely stay here again! Lovely lovely lovely!!! Me and my daughter didn’t want to leave!!
