Great hôtel
Very good hotel very clean and breakfast it’s good you have everything you need and the employees they very nice and respectful I will love it I will come back and I will highly recommend Tres beau hotel tres propre et le petit déjeuner et excellent tu as tout dans le buffet et les employés sont très gentils et respectueux je reviendrai et je le recommande
Sisters break
Spent 4 nights here with my sister. Could not say a bad thing about it. Staff were wonderful. Hotel was spotless. Food was good with plenty of choice. Fabulous views from hotel made up for fact that it was a bit out from centre of Benalmadena. Definitely would go back. Amazing hotel

Lovely clean hotel
Reading the reviews I have to agree with yes the lifts are a nightmare, so we used the stairs the onlyexcercise you get if you are sat in the lovely sun all day. Yes the food is not hot just warm, the selection on offer is ok but not great where you look forward to evening meal. My partner is gluten-free and there was a very poor selection for him, it we got by. However we were there for 3 nights/ 4 days, the hotel itself is set in perfect beach location away from the town, The evenings entertainment was a pleasant surprise, the drinks included in AL was also a higher standard than other hotels not watered down in proper glasses etc. The sunbeds on the beach you do have to pay for 16 euros a day for 2 people. Also be aware when you check out at midday AL stops there and then, you can still use amenities but have to buy drinks etc.
We would go back again on a short break as the good out weigh the bad, the view from room was second to non for me, all rooms are sea facing, we stated in room 508.

2nd visit, sadly will not return
This was our second stay at this hotel. The hotel itself is lovely with amazing views it's also very clean. Staff are great and very helpful. Sadly for us it was the food which let it down massively this time. Last year the food was so much better. This year it was a much more limited choice and cold at every meal. We went all inclusive based on last year's experience but ended up eating out and spending a lot more money as we just couldn't get a warm/ hot meal. We also had friends staying this time, who booked because of us saying how lovely it was last year. They also ate out for every meal, again costing them more money. Such a shame as the hotel itself is lovely, if the food could be improved we would then return.

Almost a perfect stay!
I would have given this hotel a 5 star rating if, A. As mentioned in previous reviews, the food in the restaurant had been hot as opposed to at best lukewarm. Even arriving at 7pm opening time, not one dish was hot such a disappointment as the choice was generally good especially the themed evenings. Outdoor dining is a huge bonus too. And B. As mentioned in previous reviews the lifts were an absolute lottery, we were on the 11th floor and always walked down but coming up was something else! We did find it amusing at times as often ended up on the ground floor when trying to return to our room with drinks from the lobby on the 8th ( this was despite the lift indicating upwards!) On the plus side the location is perfect if you like peace and quiet, the room was huge with a massive sea view balcony and the beach is beautiful . Plenty of sunbeds around the family pool but did feel a bit trapped due to the cage around it, there must be a better solution to this.like a glass balustrade maybe.
