We had a wonderful time as our first family trip abroad. There was plenty to entertain both our 8 and 14 year old together and separately. They loved having the independence for their ultra inclusive bands and being able to tap for food and drinks when they wanted and us parents loved the knowledge that they were very safe in this new found independence!
A Massive Resort with Great Entertainment—Would Likely Return! Overall Impression: The resort is massive and perfectly suited for both kids and adults. With several pools and over 10 water rides, there is plenty of variety to suit different age groups and height requirements. Food & Dining: Main Buffet: The food was okay—typical buffet standard for a large hotel. Themed Restaurants: These definitely offer a much better quality of food and are worth booking. Snack Bar: A bit limited in my opinion, as they didn't stock basic items like crisps. Tip: There is a specific ice cream truck hidden near the entrance area, but it's only open for a few hours a day, so keep an eye out for it! Service & Staff: Overall, the service was fine. A few of the workers seemed a bit stressed due to the high volume of guests, which is understandable. However, I have to give a special shoutout to Fabiola from the Kids Club—she was absolutely amazing, always full of energy, and the kids absolutely loved her! Entertainment: The entertainment was a major highlight. The shows were really good, with two different performances every night split between the pool area and the Lady Marian building. The Medieval Robin Hood show was also fantastic and highly recommended. Conclusion: Would I repeat in the future? yes. It’s a great spot for a family holiday.
Great fun for all the family - grandparents, parents and children. Equipment is realistic and accurate and you get about 3 games in, but n a half hour booking, possibly could do with more physical structures.
Location was good atmosphere was fantastic I would like to say a special thanks to Ivan who does the Michael Jackson tribute I message his manager and Ivan say a special hello yo my kids on stage this made there day had they have special needs and one of my kids as Austim and adhd and Ivan gave him one of his special stickers and my son was all over the moon with this if use are staying here I would recommend going to the Michael Jackson tribute show
Lodge falling apart, ants everywhere, skirtings falling off. Very dated and not up to standard. Paid a fortune to take my family here and very very disappointed. If you book just normal all inclusive and not ultra do not pay 120 euros for the italian, was the worst food we have ever had, didnt finish it and walked out. Food is really really poor. We ate out most nights. Pools and entertainment is good but its basically a haven caravan park in the Spanish sun!
