Great family holiday
Just back from a week long all inclusive holiday at this hotel. We were a family of 9 ages ranging from 3 to 73 including a 19 year old and a 23 year old. Every one of us had the best time. The food was fantastic we all enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner, nobody chose to eat outside the hotel. Rooms were great. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful. I have to give a special mention to Alain who is the most persuasive, enthusiastic, witty,fun human and managed to get us all involved in the poolside activities as well as dancing at the mini disco with our granddaughter Emma. He is a massive bonus for this hotel and his colleagues Miguel and Noa are great fun too. Evening entertainment was ok after the mini disco,what you would expect. The rooms are lovely and the location is great 8 minutes to the Old Town but nice bars and shops close by. Would definitely go back.

The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff were friendly & helpful.
We were half board the food was lovely with a good variety. My favourite was the ice cream machine at dinner- yummy Mr whippy ice cream with an assortment of sauces 😋
We loved the fact your wristband was also your room key & you can add drinks etc to your room via the wristband.
We stayed in a superior room which was modern, clean & huge. It was 2 king beds together. The bathroom wasn't modern but big, perfectly functional , clean with a hot powerful shower.
Location perfect too- near to old town which has everything you need. We used the Mercado shop which was a few minutes walk towards the town over the bridge for snacks & water (as we were half board)
Beach looked beautiful & busy! We didn't go on the beach as prefer the pool.
This hotel is ideal for adults & teens.
The entertainment was good & the animation team put in a lot of hard work & effort 👌
The pool is small but its big enough to do some laps & to cool off which was very much needed last week 😃
We booked to use the spa 10€ pp for an hour using the hydro pool, steam sauna & various showers etc. We thought it was worth it. We were the only 2 using it at our time slot. You do have to wear these ridiculous black caps 🤣
We had a late flight & check out was 12.00 no chance of a late check out due to being high season but was able to book a time to use the shower in the spa which was fab 😃 luggage stored securely in a locked room.
Highly recommend this hotel. 😀

3 night stay
Just returned from a 3 night stay, my husband and 18 year old son. Location was good in a quieter area. Easy to walk into the busier nightlife area of Benidorm. Food was very good went half board. Room were very nice, comfortable beds and very clean. TV channels in hotel room had all the english channels. Staff very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool on the smaller side but did not deter from having a good time.

Perfect stay.
We've just returned from a great stay at the RH Victoria and will be definiatly be visiting again!.
Rooms - Perfect! Spacious, clean and fantastic views. The complimentary toiletries were topped up everyday. Beds are comfy. Smart TV with all apps and channels you can think of.
Pool area - Small and relaxed. Plenty of beds. Pool and jacuzzi area clean and tidy.
Staff - The staff (all bar one) were so friendly! It was my birthday during my visit and I was greeted with balloons, sweets and a birthday card from the hotel which was really kind. The animation team were fantastic! They were friendly, funny and got everyone involved. There was a team member who worked on the pool bar outside - not very friendly and seemed like he didnt want to be there.
Restaurant - Lovely hot food with plenty of variety.
