Lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable, lovely breakfast. BUT when we booked a good few months ago, the advert said, front sea view, sea view or side sea view. We booked a sea view, so we thought we would get a balcony facing the sea. What we did get was a side sea view, with the balcony facing another building and a sea view out of the window. The room was very nice, but we didn’t get what we had paid for.
Going Solo
I am writing this review as a true and honest opinion that I have. It’s not just about the hotel but about TUI, my holiday company and all the other holiday companies who treat solo traveler’s the same. I arrived at this hotel today. It is very nice but I think that it is expensive for someone travelling alone. I don’t blame the hotel, it was my choice. When solo people travel alone, we always feel like we have to pay the price for two people and then get put in the most basic room without a view. I have been on cruises and get the same treatment. I paid £1600 for one week half board. The room has a single bed and is probably about two thirds the size of a normal room, it feels like a hub hotel that premier hotels have in England. Basic but very clean, apart from a black stain on the carpet in my room. I did ask about the price for an upgrade to a sea view double room when I arrived but was told that it would be an extra 50€ per night. I wasn’t prepared to pay the extra. The location of the hotel is excellent, right next to the beach. The staff are very accommodating, and nothing seems to be to much trouble. The food is nice, the choice isn’t as good as the bigger hotels but the quality of the food is excellent. If I didn’t feel as though I was being singled out as being a solo traveler then I would have given this hotel a 5 star rating. Would it cost £3200 for a seaview room for two adults? I very much doubt it.

Great hotel and location
We have just come back from a stay at the hotel from a Wednesday to Sunday. We arrived around 1pm local time and expected to drop our cases off and wait till 3pm for check in but both rooms were available to check straight into. They also gave us rooms next to each other. We booked front facing sea view rooms and definitely worth paying that bit extra to get such an amazing view. The room was clean and the maids came in everyday to clean and provide new towels. It’s the little touches such as the fridge having water and some juices that are complementary and restocked every day. We went B&B and the breakfast had a great choice so you could change it up each morning. One morning they had someone playing the violin to music was a great touch. We didn’t use the pool as it was small and busy however you’re so close to the beach so we were happy to spend the days down there. Top tip if you do want to be at the pool be downstairs just before 10am to get a sunbed.
Location of the hotel is great lots to do on beach front, not far from strip and definitely recommend doing the short walk to the old town and going to tapas alley.
We were out celebrating 2 birthdays and a 10 year wedding anniversary and the hotel gave us complimentary cava it was really appreciated from the team. Can’t fault the staff from start to finish.

Fantastic, yet again!
This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this hotel and this time has been just as wonderful as the first. We are booking to come back next year also. The location is perfect, the rooms are fantastic and the breakfast and dinner options are top class. Lots of choice to suit everyone and the view overlooking the beach tops it all off. Benidorm can and does have a bad reputation but that can sometimes be unjustified, it’s all dependent where you go and as this hotel is an adults only and is situated between old and new town you really do get the best of both worlds. Above everything we have always said that the people who work in the hotel really do enhance and make your holiday and for us this year Fatima has been exceptional. She is an absolute delight who always has a smile on her face, is so friendly and happy to have a conversation with you, tell you about the local area and just overall to check in that you have having your best holiday. We very much hope she is here again next year. She is a 5***** asset for the hotel x
Brilliant hotel in a perfect spot
Just came home from a 4 night stay b and b and it was brilliant. The hotel is clean, staff are very friendly, the food was lovely with lots of choice in the morning. We were in a front facing sea view double. It was really spacious, beds were comfy and enty of storage. The safe is free (rare these days), the mini fridge was also free. Toped up each day with water, and fruit juice. Poolside bar was reasonable and not over priced like a lot of hotels, there were plenty of sunbeds and deckchairs too. Location is perfect, you can leave your stuff by the pool and cross over to the beach! 10 min stroll into the old town, some god bars along the way. The strip is about 15 mins walk.
