A very pleasant stay overall
My only complaints were your evening meal times are too late ! 630pm to 9pm would be better times for people who want to go in to town and catch a show..Also a 19 euro charge to use the spa is far too much
We thought it would be included in the all inclusive price ..every hotel ive stayed in in majorca minorca allow the guests to use the facilities free
Great time
This is our third visit to Sandos Monoca Hotel, staff including everyone are always smiling and polite. Location is great very near to the beach cafes and shops. We were all inclusive and had a good choice of food and drinks

Very enjoyable holiday at the hotel
Third time at the hotel. Excellent hotel and facilities. Food and bar service was good. Entertainment at night was fantastic. The two entertainment hosts were excellent, especially Judith, she is a star. Look forward to staying at the hotel again.

Amazing holiday, would recommend!
We stayed here for 6 nights last month for our wedding anniversary. We loved this hotel!
Staff all very friendly. Especially entertainment staff. Hotel and pool area all very clean and tidy.
5 min walk or so to the beach. Food in hotel was very varied and tasty. Pool bar had burgers, hot dogs, toasties, kebabs
We used the spa, was relaxing and again very clean

A lovely stay
Overall, I was very pleased with our experience at this hotel.
The location is great, right between the old town and new town, quiet on an evening but easy to get to the shopping areas or the strip (if that’s your thing). The area is also reasonably flat for those with mobility issues.
This is an adult only hotel, with most clients being older and there for the relaxation rather than the partying. So things like entertainment and the communal bar areas reflect this.
Check in was very straightforward and quick, and our room was lovely and clean with everything you could need. We had emailed in advance for a low floor and quiet room and we got this. Lifts were surprisingly quick, never much of a wait.
Meals were varied and tasty, there wasn’t much that we left on our plates, although my Mum who I was travelling with prefers hot food to warm and the food was rarely hot, so if this is an issue for you, be aware (it wasn’t for me!). In the restaurant, you could get your own drinks or waiting staff would get wine or beer for you.
There are two bars, both well stocked, for all guests. We upgraded to the Select room so we got access to premium spirits and the Select bar, which was incredibly well stocked and self service. Definitely work the upgrade.
The Select upgrade also saw us receive a stocked mini-bar, bottle of cava, robes and slippers and a chocolate every evening. Plus two trips to the spa circuit, and a free safe (€3 per day otherwise). I’d definitely upgrade again in future.
The rooms were well maintained and cleaning staff always very thorough.
The spa circuit is well worth a visit, with different areas in the pool such as jacuzzis, jets and spa beds.
The pool area outside is lovely, but we didn’t use the pool itself so I can’t comment on temperatures etc.
Staff throughout the hotel were always very attentive and friendly. Both entertainment staff were on the go from morning to evening and had a lovely way with the guests.
In case it is useful for anyone, we pre-booked a mobility scooter with Amigo24 before our trip, but you can order one at reception. I had trouble finding this info online before we booked but it is possible. There is a charging area for the scooters, but be aware that, this being Benidorm, it is busy and you may come down to find your scooter moved or unplugged! You aren’t allowed to use these inside the hotel or to park them on the front, but many guests had walkers for inside and the hotel is very accessible, you can get to all floors via one lift which I appreciated!
All in all, we had a lovely relaxing stay and would return in the future.
