Awesome time
Absolutely brillant hotel could not fault the lift was a bit of a nightmare on ocassion but we stayed in 2nd floor so used stairs instead Patricia was a absolute brillant member of staff along with the rest of the entertainment team the shows were brillant for adults n kids food was a bit repetitive but always got something overall I loved hotel and cannot wait to return

Great for families and kids !!!
Amazing for kids and families. Lots of activities at the mini club. Patricia, Santi, Herbert are very hands on and proactive with the kids. Making shows and activities very fun and enjoyable. The hotel is very clean and staff are very friendly.
