This recently renovated beach hotel is located next to the shopping and entertainment area known as Rincon de Loix, 400 metres from the beach and close to Mundomar and Aqualandia. In the area, there is a plethora of shops, restaurants, bars, and a bustling nightlife. A few metres away, guests will find public transportation links and, a 30-minute walk away, is the tourist centre. This hotel has a relaxing family atmosphere, making it ideal for a relaxing sunny holiday in Spain's world-famous Costa Blanca.

Brilliant!
We have just got back from our stay at Rosamar as a family of 5. Lovely hotel, clean, rooms are lovely and amenities are good. Pool was busy but it is summer so expected. Activities going on throughout the day and evening. Food in the restaurant is good, plenty of choice and even the fussiest eater in our party found something to eat each day. Noise at night wasnt bad. All staff seemed friendly and helpful. We will definitely return.
Glass headboards in Family rooms??
Please don't book this Hotel. I've never seen anywhere so unkempt!.Holes in sheets and towels, filthy stair rails! So disappointed. Took my family of 11 last week.
Food poisoning
Hotel was clean food was ok but 3 of us out of the 4 got food poisoning i presume from the outside food areas some of the food was hanging around for hours at a time it spoiled what was a nice holiday
Great family week in the sun
We’ve just returned from a week at the Rosamar Hotel, travelling as a group of 7 adults and 4 children, and I wanted to share our experience as I know I was really worried after reading some of the negative reviews before we went.
We mainly spent our time around the children’s pool, due to the ages of the children in our group. The pool area is gated and opens at 10am. There is a slight queue when it opens, but we always managed to get a lounger without any problems. The larger pool was definitely busier. From our balcony, I noticed towels were being put down from around 9am, although I can’t really comment on the situation there as we didn’t spend any time around the bigger pool.
🍳 Food: We thought the food was great! Breakfast had a really good selection, including plenty of British options. They also make fresh omelettes, which were lovely. I didn’t eat at the restaurant during the day, but the snack bar was always good. It was a little repetitive, but we always found something to have and nobody went hungry.
In the evening, there was always something we could find to eat — even the fussiest eater in our group managed to find something they liked. We had no issues with undercooked food, and I noticed the food areas were constantly being cleaned and kept tidy.
🍹 Drinks: We stayed on the basic all-inclusive drinks package. The drinks were what you’d typically expect from an all-inclusive hotel, but there was always something to try. My personal favourite was the gin and orange slush — absolutely amazing! 😂🍊
🛗 Lifts: Yes, the lifts can be slow — but honestly, you have to expect this in a 14-floor hotel, especially during school holidays when the hotel is busy. We found that once we worked out the quieter times to use them, it was much easier. At peak times they can obviously get very busy, but for us it wasn’t a major issue.
🧹 Cleanliness: Overall, we found the hotel to be clean and well looked after. Our rooms were cleaned every day, beds were made and floors swept. Fresh towels were provided when you followed the hotel’s system of putting used towels on the floor when you wanted them changed.
👋 Staff: All of the staff we came across were friendly and helpful. Whenever we requested anything, it was dealt with quickly and without any fuss.
Overall, we had an amazing week at the Rosamar. After reading all the bad reviews, I honestly went feeling quite worried and wondering if we’d made the right choice — but I really didn’t need to worry.
Obviously, everyone’s experience and expectations are different, but for our group of 7 adults and 4 children, we had a fantastic time and would happily return. ❤️☀️
Sometimes you just have to go and experience somewhere for yourself rather than letting the negative reviews put you off!
My experience
The hotel itself was really clean and well maintained. The food was fairly standard, but that’s to be expected with an all-inclusive holiday, so we weren’t too disappointed with that.
Unfortunately, the biggest issue for us was the fight for sun loungers. If you want to get a lounger, you need to be queuing from around 8:30am. Towels can be put down from 9am, even though the pool doesn’t open until 10am. It became quite stressful, with some people pushing others out of the way just to get a sun lounger
The pool entertainment could also get a little too intense. On one occasion, grown adults actually ended up having a fist fight over what was supposed to be entertainment and fun around the pool, which was completely unnecessary and really put a dampener on things.
The lifts were probably the worst part of the whole experience. People would constantly push in front of you rather than waiting their turn, and at busy times we could be waiting up to 20 minutes just to get a lift.
Overall, although the hotel was clean, there were too many issues that affected our experience. Sadly, I wouldn’t return to this hotel and, based on our experience, I wouldn’t recommend it either.
