Fabulous hotel
From walking in and being greeted by reception to walking out of restaurant for the last time this morning we were treated absolutely fabulous. Cheap drinks , very good food . We were full board and each meal was excellent. In the middle of everything but rooms are soundproof. This is now our go to place.

Great throughout but be prepared to passive smoke (all day) around the Pool!
Love this hotel and we have been here maybe 20 + times. Everything from location, facilities, cleanliness and service is truly great. Dani in the Restaurant and Miguel & Oana in the Pool Bar are a credit to the staff and Hotel. Only gripe (and they have lost a star for this) is that smoking is still fully permitted anywhere around the Pool and Pool Bar area, meaning that every breath in, every sip of a drink and every bite of food is accommpanied by the rotten stench of the bottom of a smokers lungs. It's 2026...THEY SHOULD HAVE AN AREA WHERE THEY HAVE GO TO 'ENJOY' THEIR FOUL SMELLING ADDICTION. Come on Presidente...please sort out smoking and vaping areas asap?

A gem in the middle of Benidorm
I loved this hotel it was a bit of quality in the hart of Benidorm. We stayed on the 8th floor half board the room was stunning and the food was 1st class. Entertainment downstairs was excellent and the drinks in the bars were very inexpensive. Pool area lovely and plenty of sun beds
