The Poseidon Resort comprises three buildings: Poseidon, Poseidon Palace, and Poseidon Living - and that means more facilities for you to enjoy. To get from one hotel to the other, you just take a stroll through the beautiful grounds, with its palm trees and swimming pools. Make use of the resorts two outdoor swimming pools - both with beach type access. For the little ones, there are two children's pool as well as the Pulpi Splash Park. There is also a designated adults only area for those looking for some peace and quiet, with sunbeds and whirlpools to relax in. During the winter season, you can relax in the covered pool with whirlpool. To get that full sense of relaxation, why not book yourself in for a massage? Just ask reception for more details!
Life at the Poseidon Resort is very easy. You can choose from some great places to eat and drink, including cafes, bars and restaurants, all within the resort itself. There is a great games room and entertainment for all.
Accommodation at the Poseidon Resort comprises comfortably furnished, well equipped en suite rooms with air conditioning for the summer, and heating for the winter months. For quiet evenings in, there is a satellite TV in every room, as well as telephone, hair dryer, mini fridge, free Wi-Fi and a safety deposit box (at a fee). Every room is a balcony room, so a cool drink or two might come in handy as you sit back, relax and watch the world go by.

50th birthday stay
Stayed at the Poseidon living apartments which it connected with the hotel , nice and clean only thing is that they take 150 damage deposit per room and it not in the booking info
DO NOT STAY HERE.
Group of 3 older ladies assumed we were in the hotel but no we were ushered to the living apartments across the road. Felt like student accommodation very shabby indeed. Insult to injury we were informed by a rude young man that a damage deposit of €150 payable on check is required. I was assured it would be refunded within 48hrs after checking out. It is now day 6 NO REFUND.😡 Obviously I shall be taking this further. PLEASE BE AWARE DO NOT STAY IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

Great location right on top of the old town in Benidorm but the hotel its self is definitely more equipped for Spanish holiday makers . Wouldn’t return

Smelly dump
Smelly dated room with unhelpful & obnoxious staff! Avoid this dump
4 day getaway
Booked a 4 day getaway with my brothers. Stayed in the partner block over the road. Room was spacious and clean and were able to use the pool in the main hotel. Only downside was a €150 deposit which was taken on check in seemed excessively high compared to what we paid for the actual stay and I am still awaiting this to be released 21 days after it was placed. I have had to query this with the bank who have advised it can take up to 31 days to release. Something to be mindful of
