This lovely hotel is located in the wonderful gardens in the centre of Rincon de Loix, just 100 metres from the fine sand beach. The establishment is well situated for access to countless shopping facilities, restaurants, cafés, bars and nightclubs located just 2 km from the hotel. The centre of Benidorm is around 1. 5 km from the hotel while the nearest golf course about 8 kilometres away. Built in 1974, this 270-room hotel offers guests a multitude of facilities. Business travellers can take advantage of the well-equipped conference room while leisure travellers can spend their days by the poolside with a refreshing drink in hand. All guests may also enjoy the vast number of activities, like tennis and billiards, which this hotel offers. Guests are greeted by beautifully-furnished en suite rooms that come with necessary modern amenities .

Great hotel
Very nice hotel and thank you for the bottle of cava for our anniversary. There is no sunbed wars so hopefully this continues. We upgraded to all inclusive at £22 per person per day and would say it’s worth the extra cost. The only gripes we had that you could get cava in all of the bars except in the dining room as we were told this wasn’t available under all inclusive. Also you can’t control the air conditioning as it’s stuck on 24 degrees. We asked twice at reception about this but decided just to turn it off at night. Even so if we go back to Benidorm this is the hotel we would book again.

Brilliant Hotel
We had such a lovely stay and couldn’t fault the hotel at all. Our room was beautiful, clean and really comfortable, and all of the staff were absolutely brilliant We booked bed and breakfast and the food was really good, with plenty to choose from.
A special thank you has to go to the staff for going above and beyond when I thought I had lost my passport! I was completely panicking and a member of staff came all the way up to our room to help me look for it — and actually managed to find it for me! I was so relieved and really appreciated how helpful and reassuring they were.
We had a brilliant stay from start to finish and would definitely recommend this hotel. We wouldn’t hesitate to return!
Nice holiday
Both my wife and I enjoyed our one week stay at The Port Benidorm. Located at the start of Benidorm near the skylift on beach. Good mixed of British and Spanish people, busy as the children holidays still going on. We had a 10 floor room with a small seaview , room itself was very good near three lifts. The lifts by our room were temperamental missing our floor when coming down from the high floors. Thats the reason not for 5 stars. Room as stated large tv with British tv., A/C , plenty of wardrobe space and very good bathroom with a large shower. Hotel was spotless in our opinion. We had good neighbours on on floor with not much noise after a night out. Service was fine, good choice of food morning and night, busy meal times but did not wait long to be seated when a queue formed. Always sunbeds free even at midday and afternoon, two swimming pools nice. Sports bar in cellar is great to place watch the football, we liked The La Terrace bar on the 19th floor upmarket, great views overlooking Benidorm. This was our third visit to this hotel and would definitely would return in the future. Also a shout out to the TUI rep. Trisha Ann would was very help when we had a medical issue. Thank you to the booking staff who allocated our room we requested. No complaints at all bar the lifts, keep up the good work.

A true gem of a hotel. Cannot wait to return!
We had such a lovely stay at Port Benidorm and would definitely return.
The hotel was absolutely spotless from the moment we arrived. The rooms were stunning, really modern, beautifully presented and kept to such a high standard. The whole interior of the hotel is lovely and everything always felt really clean, fresh and well looked after.
We were really impressed with the food and drinks too. There was such a broad choice at every meal and always something to suit everyone. We never had any issues finding something we liked, and there were lots of well-known branded food and drink options too, which made the all-inclusive feel that bit better quality.
The pool snack bar was such a nice extra as well. There was always food available throughout the day, so you were never left waiting around for the next meal if you got hungry. It was especially handy when spending most of the day around the pool.
The pool area itself was amazing. There was no need to get up early or reserve sunbeds, which made such a difference. We always managed to find somewhere to sit and it made the whole experience much more relaxed.
The small splash park area was honestly 10/10 for children and probably one of my favourite parts of the hotel. I could always find a lounger nearby, sit and read my book while my two-year-old happily played with the other children, and I could still keep an eye on her the whole time. It meant she could have fun and enjoy herself while I could relax too — a complete win-win for both of us.
The pool bar staff were brilliant as well, really friendly, accommodating and always happy to help.
Most of the animation team were amazing and really made an effort with everyone. We did unfortunately have one issue with one of the girls who was quite abrupt and rude towards my two-year-old, which was disappointing, but I definitely don’t think that was a true reflection of the hotel or the rest of the team.
The location was perfect for us as well. Everything was pretty much on the doorstep, with shops, bars and plenty going on nearby. The market on Sundays and Wednesdays was only around a 15-minute walk away, completely level and really easy to find, which was ideal with a young child.
I didn’t get the chance to visit the terrace myself, but quite a few people around the pool told me how lovely it was up there, so that’s definitely something I’d like to see next time.
Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay and I honestly couldn’t fault the hotel as a whole. It was clean, modern and comfortable, the food and drink choices were great, the pool area was lovely and the location was ideal. It worked so well for both me and my two-year-old, which made the holiday even more enjoyable. We’re already looking forward to coming back very soon.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were very happy with our experience. Everything was excellent — the room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, the food was very good, and the entire hotel was spotless. The staff were always friendly, professional and helpful, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The pool area was also great, and the location was perfect for enjoying the surroundings. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended!
