Lovely stay in this wonderful Hotel for 4 nights was very clean and rooms cleaned most days highly recommended,breakfast buffet was lovely with plenty of choice would definitely stay here again

Incredible stay!!
It was great, rooms are lovely, ac was amazing in the heat. The pool was lovely but gets busy very early and stays busy during the day. The atmosphere was calming and the food and drinks were great.
Exceptional hotel and stay.
Mercure Benidorm is a calm oasis that I will return to many times hopefully. The building, decor and rooms are so stylish whilst functional and so clean. All the staff were great, helpful and attentive. I loved the way the pool area was separated by lots of greenery. It made the area feel lush, private and secluded. I thought this design was the hotel’s real usp. This for us was a perfect retreat. We chose to have breakfast and evening meal during our stay and this was also exceptional. Great buffet menu, plentiful choice, varied each meal. Both breakfast and dinner exceeded my expectations each night. We loved our stay here. I hope to return to Mercure Benidorm.
Book yourself a massage, you won’t regret it!
Hotel was really lovely, we had a sky suite and loved the outside area, had sun all day! Staff were all friendly and helpful. Best thing about the stay was without a doubt the massage from Marian - woman is a magician! Have never had a treatment so thorough, felt like i was floating all day after. She is wonderful and can’t recommend enough!! If you do nothing else, book a massage with her, she’s very passionate about treating your body as a whole, the relief I got from an hour with her is unparalleled. Would absolutely go back to this hotel for Marian🤭
An oasis in Benidorm
The hotel has modern mediteranian design and is suitable for couples. Delixe room very spacious and king size bed really comfortable. Breakfast and dinners buffet delicious. Staff was exceptionally friendly and proffesional. There is a swimmimg pool in the big garden full of trees and sunbeds which feels like an oasis in the bussy Benidorm. Walking distance from the old town and promenade. Possibility of parking in the nearby garage. Highly recommend.
